I met Dan through an organization I belong to and discovered that he was a handyman as well as a seasoned plumber. Getting excellent references regarding his work, I hired him to install a hot water circulator at my home and San Carlos.
Dan showed up right on time as promised, I felt his price was very reasonable… And I could not imagine a more professional installation or a better experience!
We would definitely use Dan services again and I highly recommend him as a wonderful resource for any home repair or handyman issues you may have.

I dialed Dan and, thanks to his expertise I never have to worry about most of these problems. Dan can fix almost anything and, if he can’t, he knows another reputable reasonable professional who can. He is on top of potential issues such as weatherproofing and «critter control» which keeps a small problem from becoming a major crisis. Dan arrives ready to work. At each visit he determines what needs to be done the next month so he arrives prepared with any materials or special tools needed that day. Of course, if I have a particular problem, that is the first order of business.

Dan can do anything and with a smile! When I wanted to sell my house in October 2012, I called Dan. He patched walls, painted, and modified and programmed the irrigation system, even working through the 2012 Playoffs, which apparently is a big deal for a rabid Giants’ fan. Now, he takes care of my house on a monthly basis – taking care of electrical, plumbing, and caulking around doors and windows. During the first big rain storm of 2014, water started leaking through the vent above my stove. He climbed up on the roof in the rain and stopped the leak. After the rain, he had a roofing company check it out. Plus, plus, he watches out for signs of nasty pests like beetles, termites, rats, and snakes.
