Otherwise I wonder about Biagiini’s Property management problems in finding and retaining good businesses here.
BTW, I heard the current rate of $.75 per square foot they are current renting business space at does come with some risk. Lots of space still open when I visted today. Rentals seem to be conducted as month-​to-​month only due to the desire to bulldoze and convert the property to more commercial housing.
Cannot say I blame them since the rental market is strong right now and the views of the ocean when it is not foggy or overcast are pretty terrific from this location.
But if a conversion is performed then the whole area will loose out on one aspect that give this part of Pacifica its unique charm and attractiveness.
