Touch Day Spa

I had an amazing experience here and would recommend it to anyone! The décor is lovely and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing. Currently, I’m experiencing severe dryness and blotchy patches — I was at a loss as for what to do. Nancy was patient and very informative regarding the different treatment options and products. I opted for the traditional facial. She carefully chose each product which would address the conditions I was concerned about, and provided very helpful at-​home tips. I love the fact that she really listened to my concerns and tailored a facial that would address those issues. It’s only been two days since my facial, and the difference in my skin is remarkable. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I wanted to wait one week to write my review. I went in for an Oxygen Facial with Maggie exactly a week ago. My skin was dry due to severe allergies and way too much Sudafed and other «necessary» medication. Being that I already have somewhat sensitive skin I was a little nervous. I have only gotten Oxygen Facials, and other treatments of that nature from my amazing dermatologist, and I still tend to break out or suffer minor after affects. I can say one week later my skin looks amazing. The dry, dull skin from all of the allergy medicine I was taking is gone, and my skin has stayed radiant since I have had the facial. I could not recommend Touch or Maggie more. I will be going back

I have been going to Carrie at Touch for over a year. She has saved me. She is ever present and she truly cares. She knows exactly where to work on you and is amazing with relieving neck and shoulder pain. Touch is a beautiful environment. We are lucky to have Touch and Carrie in Pacifica.

As an ongoing client of Lana’s I was reminded yet again how Lana and her team value customer service and the client’s experience at the spa. This is always the case as long as I have known Lana. As a long time customer of Lana’s wellness programs I have an understanding that the experience I have is up to me by ensuring I have properly communicated my needs.
I have been suffering from horrible back pain. Lana, who has been providing me with deep tissue focus work monthly referred me to Carrie because she was on vacation and I was in pain, I couldn’t move. Lana even followed up with her team to call me to ensure I received the services I needed. Carrie was absolutely amazing. I explained I needed deep deep tissue work to untighten and release the muscles that were constantly in spasms. My physical therapist couldn’t get to the muscles causing the issues a day prior. Considering she hadn’t met me before, she provided exactly the deep tissue work I needed. My physical therapist was impressed with the progress by this one treatment. I really appreciate how Carrie made sure I was receiving the massage therapy I needed in order to improve my condition. I was happy to learn she has experience working with people who have injuries. If ever I can’t get in with Lana for my massages, I will definitely be back to see Carrie. Her customer service is amazing and with appropriate and clear communication from me she was able to provide me with some much needed relief. I highly recommend both Lana and Carrie for any deep tissue work you may need. Again, their attention to their clients is amazing!

Amazing amazing. I am never disappointed when I go to Touch Day Spa. Lana does the most amazing facials that leave my skin looking so nice, and I love her honesty and recommendation of good products for your skin. Keep up the good work Lana, you are awesome. I have also had amazing massages by Carrie. She has literally made my whole body feel so relaxed, and has taken care of my quirks. I have never experienced Reiki before, until Carrie gave me that treatment and I was blown away on how wonderful it made me feel. I was so relaxed and felt really stressed free. Thank you Carrie, looking forward to having that done soon. I’m so happy that we have a wonderful spa like Touch Day Spa in our beautiful town. There is so much talent there, the spa is beautiful and you have a very knowledgable staff. Your prices are great and I love your specials too. Keep up the good work ;-)

Carrie gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! She was very clear in communicating exactly what we were going to do and asked a lot of good questions regarding my health and my preferences for pressure and where I wanted her to focus on. She was very intuitive when it came to the areas that needed a little extra work; her knowledge of the body is like nothing I’ve ever seen. After the massage, I felt fantastic but was kicking myself for only booking a 60 minute signature massage. We talked about other options for next time including deep tissue and reiki. I will be booking with Carrie for as long as she’ll have me an I will be sending everyone I know to this beautiful (super clean) spa overlooking Rockaway Beach. Thanks Carrie! You are my favorite!

I hate to be the first to post a negative review. I am typically the person leaving 5 stars when 5 stars are due but that is just not the case here. I made an appointment for a signature massage after an extremely rough shift at work-I’m an Emergency Room RN in the city but live in Pacifica. I have been here before for a facial with Lana which was wonderful (five stars for Lana and that particular experience) but this day I was desperate for a massage. My appointment was with Carrie who was extremely pleasant however I essentially paid her $ 100 to rub lotion on me. I asked that she use more pressure as it literally felt like my muscles were untouched. She said I needed to make an appointment for the deep tissue massage rather than the signature massage if I wanted more pressure. I told her that I have had deep tissue in the past and it was really painful. She replied, «our deep tissue massage is not the typical deep tissue where it hurts» and then she demonstrated for a moment what a deep tissue massage would have entailed. It felt like a regular massage to me. My frustration lies in the fact that nowhere on their website does it state that their deep tissue massage is actually just a standard massage. I left the spa feeling completely unsatisfied and ripped off so I went across the highway to get a pedicure where I had the most amazing and relaxing 10 minute massage on my calves and feet. I wish I had started at the nail salon. I would have saved quite a bit of money!
Update: I have increased my review from two stars to four because of Lana’s quick attentiveness in the matter. She immediately contacted me, refunded my $ 100 dollars and apologized sincerely for my experience after reading my initial review. Even after having a negative experience, I am impressed with how Lana operates and wish her and the adorable Touch Day Spa well.

My wife went there today 23 August and she really liked this place. The atmosphere is very nice, clean and comforting. The people there are nice. It’s a great place and will go there again.

I have received the most amazing facials and massages as well as brow waxes from Lana. She is amazing.

I had a Vitamin C facial yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. My skin was so refreshed and rejuvenated. It was my first time to go this place and Lana did a wonderful/​awesome job in cleansing my face, partial neck and shoulder massage. She put something on my arms and hands with a salt scrub or whatever it’s called but my skin felt fresh and smooth. Will definitely come back for another facial and try their oxygen facial w/​microdermabrasion.

The décor of the space is really beautiful! It doesn’t have that «massage clinic» feel but rather a «massage boutique» feel. The massage room I was in was warm, calming and relaxing. I look forward to more massages from here!!!

She gave me the best facial ever today and explains what she is doing and why, recommends product but not pushy sale at all. My skin feels like porcelain.
Going back in 2 weeks for one of her magical hands massage! cant wait.

Touch Day Spa is absolutely our favorite. Don’t bother going anywhere else!

I got my first facial from Touch and Stephanie did an absolutely amazing job. She suggested the Osmosis Purify face wash to use daily after and my skin has never been better. Looking forward to monthly facials with her from here on out. Thank you Stephanie!

I booked a signature facial with Stephanie for 9:45 on NYE! She is so sweet!
Their space is absolutely adorable. Very feminine, neutral colors. Two thumbs up to whoever decorated the space.
I started off getting a foot massage in one room, which was great because my feet were sore from my workout that morning. Then moved into another room for the facial. I really don’t remember exactly what she did for my facial because I think I fell asleep (it was that relaxing!!!) I do remember getting a shoulder, arm massage though lol. My skin was superrrrrrr soft after the treatment and still is!
By far, the best spa I have been to and I will definitely be coming back (and back and back) for more!

AMAZING.
So happy I have found Touch Day Spa. I have been spoiled with exceptional facials over the last 20 years. I would trek into San Francisco or San Mateo to see my esthetician who was the only person I trusted with my very sensitive skin. I was hesitant to try someone new but I was blown away by the services and professionalism at Touch Day Spa.
I have only been for two facials so far but can’t wait to get on a regular maintenance schedule. The oxygen facial with microdermabrasion is incredible. Gives you a glow and nourishes the skin to an entirely different level. These type of facials are not just for pampering, they are clinical treatments with noticeable results!
I am so happy to have somewhere closer to get top-​notch skin care services!

I went there for a signature facial and a body scrub both done by Sigrid. What a wonderful 5 Star experience! You can’t go wrong with this place. It’s clean, super friendly and an amazing staff. I left relaxed and happy.
I used to go to fancy and pricey day spas in San Francisco. It feels good to give my hard earned money to support small businesses in my neighborhood instead. This spa has a more intimate feel and the quality of services is just as good if not better.

I had the great fortune of going to Touch Day Spa this weekend with a group of girlfriends. I am so glad I was introduced to this fabulous place.
The services we had were fantastic. I had a mini facial. Spectacular. Their technique is flawless and their product is fantastic. Each of my girlfriends raved about their services as well — ranging from foot soaks to massages.
The facilities are beautifully decorated and so calming. Great space for a party. But great, too, if you are just going on your own.
I will be back many times over!

Becca is personable, caring, attentive and Funny !!! She customized my facial to meet the needs of my skin type and my skin has been happy ever since ! Her facial was extremely soothing and nourishing and I left smelling delicious!
Parking is a breeze and from the moment I walked into this serene coast side spa I knew I’d found a little piece of heaven. I can’t wait to return !!!
