101 Granite Prefab & Counter Tops

(Veronik N. I am so sorry, I thought i posted my review in an attempt to save people like yourself from using this company) THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS. **DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS***
To second Veronica STAY AWAY from this company! If you are looking for a professional job, i repeat do not use this company. I had been doing a kitchen remodel and it was time to start scouting out countertop stores for the job. I headed to Pacoima because word of mouth was that there are a lot of shops this way. I was greeted by Alex, who at the time seemed very friendly and customer service driven (that is until the check was cut)! That is when it seemed like I, no longer was I a priority. He was rude and charged me more money for install because he says I didn’t mention it was farmhouse sink set up. I told you Alex, YOU just didn’t care to listen because you had half of the invoice paid already.
The install was complete crap!!! Multiple contractors that do upscale homes said,” Who the hell installed this.” Let me tell you, that feels great after you have already given a company your money. The cabinets were level and square, which was confirmed by multiple professionals. The leveler that one of the workers was using, that looked as if it had been around since WWII, said otherwise. They ended up putting wood chip cribbing to «level» it out and now its on a slight tilt and in some spots you can see the plywood. I am not happy at ALL with the install and I hope this place goes out of business in order to spare the rest of the consumers out there that do not go to Unilocal to investigate first!
