Everytime my gf and I go here we get tortas de Asada, the best ones so far and their quesadilla are really good as well, I’m giving 3 starts because the service is jst rude lol they get mad if you ask jst for one thing ! I asked the lady on the cashier for red sauce and she rolled her eyes, UNACCEPTABLE! And they take like 40 mins for 2 tortas

Horrible service! The wait is always long. The place is dirty especially the restroom but the food is soooo good especially their quesadillas de chipotle and their huaraches de asada. You can order a huaraches half asada and half chipotle. Call ahead and pick up your order to go.

Good food. Terrible service. Been waiting more than 25 minutes for a quesadilla while half my table is finished eating and half the restaurant that came after me has been served. Employees had a cell phone watching something in front of me while I was paying. So unprofessional. But the food is good enough I would come again if I was in the area but would definitely NOT recommend.

The 3 stars are for the fact I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, because the food is amazing. The huaraches are one of my favorite though I really love the quesadillas & the chile rojo, the licuados are so good too yum yum yum. Now I took off 2 stars due to the poor service they have now in days. Sunday April 10 I called at 6:50 to place an order, I get the pound sound call back at 6:55 they answer and put me on hold for 6 minutes throughout this time I hear the young girl taking more than 1 order, no urgency to attend customer waiting on the phone or at least hand the phone to a coworker & ask them to take the Togo order, i guess quick problem solving wasnt checked in when she filled out her application . So I hang up & try calling back for almost an hour still the pound sound. I know I know who does that? But frankly if your from the area & if you’re craving huaraches you know this is the only way to go, No place does them better. After that I walk in and politely ask the young girl Infront if their phone isn’t working then I told her what happened. her response was a giggle like I was kidding just because I’m not raising my voice at you & calling your manager doesn’t mean you don’t have to take my complaint seriously. she then calls the other girl helping her out & questions her about the phone. She reaches for her back pocket & pulls out the phone as she realizes she never hung up. To make matters worse they both start laughing, seriously ??. I manage a restaurant nearby that’s 10 times busier than this place & if my girls left the phone out of service for an hour you can bet they’d get sent home with written warnings, I wonder how much money in to go orders they lost that night. My advice to the owner is hire people who want to work, and will treat your business like their own. Nothing ruins a business more than having immature employees that don’t care about the business & are just there for a check.

Slow.Slow.Slow.nothing but slow the food here is great compared to others around there. it’s in a bad neighborhood but there’s nothin we can do in that subject. a bit pricey but worth the money. and I’m only talking about the quesadillas. cashier a bit rude but again the food made up for that.

This place sucks. I hate waiting 45 mins for a frakin burrito. And guess what! I paid extra for my avocado so where is it??? Oh and the chick that help me, you are rude. All the peeps that work there are pretty polite but you. Smh. Sorry I didn’t get your name. I’m done with you people. I’d rather spend those 45 mins driving to a place that is worth it. Bye Felicia, I said BYE!!!

Wait time for this place is ridiculous. Waited 45 minutes for one huarache. Never again.

Came for a huarache and seriuosly they are bad organized in there… the place needs new contruction and better architecture work. the bathroom is dirty as hell… the employees are so rude… the waters are discusting not natural like they say. n pricy for a cheap meal that i can make at home. Huaraches are good but i waited about 50 mins for one huarache. The restaurant is called huarache veloz but it should be called huarache lento because they take for ever on one order that its seems they have to boil the beans frm scratch. I will never come 2 this place again!!!

I love love their food… The place is a little out dated and service isn’t the best but their menudo and huaraches are the best in the valley.

Came for the first time today. Placed an order by phone, waited 45 minutes for it and they had my order wrong TWICE! I was hoping that for the price and the wait the food would be worth it, but I was so dissapointed, the meat had no flavor and the salsa was so watery, definitely would not recommend to anyone. . OVERPRICED for sure!

Been coming to this place for many years now. Also have tried different versions of their Huarache Asada and no one has come close. This place is a must and worth the drive. Location not ideal but once you have the food, it’s worth every bite.

They are known for serving the most authentic huaraches which are handmade thick tortillas stuffed with beans and topped with their special salsa, onions, cheese and your choice of protein(carne asada, Milanesa, chicken, ham, pork, egg…) Milanesa & carne asada are my personal favorite. The tortilla is perfectly crisp on the outside so the salsa doesn’t make it soggy and the meat is well seasoned. It’s thinly sliced so if you have a big appetite order double meat :) They brew their coffee with cinnamon sticks also known as «café de olla» it’s a must have. They make fresh orange and carrot juice and offer a variety of specialty drinks. I really recommend the mixed orange and carrot juice yuuuuuum! Service is quick you won’t wait longer than 15 min
