Hello,
I just wanted to let you know about a great experience I had lately with one of your security guards, Elias Akl. He went above and beyond to be helpful to me in a stressful situation.
A couple weeks ago I was visiting the Nordstrom Rack shopping center in Canoga Park while on my lunch break. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in my vehicle along with my phone and purse. I had no way to call AAA and I was starting to panic. I saw Elias Akl, a Goldenwest Security guard, making his rounds in the parking lot just then and asked him if he could call AAA for me. He was so helpful and reassuring and gave me his iphone to make the call. I ended up being on the phone with AAA for a long time because they were very busy and I did not have my membership number on hand as it was looked in my car, so they had to verify my membership. Elias was so kind and allowed me to use his phone for this period as he continued his rounds. After about 25 minutes on phone with triple A, I was waiting on hold for them to give me a time estimate for service in my area as they were very busy. Just then Elias said he saw a triple A car in the far end of the parking lot and he ran over to flag it down for me. I don’t know how he spotted that car with triple A logo from so far, but he had quite the eagle eye. He directed the car over to me after it finished another service and my car was unlocked in no time. I couldn’t thank Elias enough for his help and keeping me from panicking. I tried to give him a monetary tip for the help but he refused, saying he’s just happy to do his job and help out a visitor. I was so grateful for his help and wanted to let you know what a gem of a security guard you have with Elias.

Courteous & fast response; we have a private home, and they’ve come out every time our alarm rings. We’ve been with them for several years now, and they’ve always been very quick on response.

Horrible and so unprofessional. One of the security guards always says vulgar and harassing things to my mother and I.
And yesterday while we were unloading christmas gifts to my moms apartment after midnight because I left work late, the security calls towing just because We stayed upstairs for about 30 minutes, my purse was stolen from the car and I had to pick up the car the next day.
Security guard has NOTHING better to do in this suburb of a town that he has to tow my moms car just days before christmas and now Im left without a purse and the money I was going to use for presents.
If they were REAL security they were look out for theft not just tow cars.
