Subway

The dinning area was clean and peaceful. I liked how I could walk in and feel at a home. The bathrooms were clean, but I would like there to be more than one. There is lots of choices to put and depending on what you choose you could be eating something healthy.

They will put 4 slices of ham on a 6 inch and on a 1 foot. why is that the 1 foot should have more slices

Misfiled

First time in there and our experience was just terrible. Jesus; a hispanic man helped us. Gave me the wrong meat and gave my boyfriend the wrong bread. It’s not the first time we go to a subway and we know exactly what we are buying; they were charging extra cheese when we know that the philly cheese steak is double cheese.
It’s like Manjit; the owner; programs all his employees to add less ingredients than what they supposed to. I constantly kept telling them to add more. And the stupid employees were acting like it’s going to be deducted from their paycheck.
Then I noticed the owner had over charged me. not only did I feel like a freeloader; ignored but also ripped off.
Another thing that bugged me was that the owner and Jesus were gossiping and making us feel uncomfortable. It’s like they don’t know that their business depends on us and for sure I am never going back. You are just better off to Church’s chicken which is right next to them.

Its just Subway. But the reason for my rating is there is nothing to eat around this area (Pacoima) especially healthy. Thanks Subway for coming into the area.

First review for this place in 2013? Okay then.
Subway. If you’ve ever been to one, you should know what to expect. The food is decent for processed meats and cheeses. You’ll get very little ingredients for your money. But it’s a quick and inexpensive meal that is pretty consistent with it’s mediocrity.
The employees were pleasant enough, but it appears to be just a paycheck for the ones we saw. No one went above and beyond to smile or make an extra effort in terms of customer service. Nothing unexpected at a Subway.
This location looks very new and clean. They have a unisex bathroom that requires a key, but it was also clean. Parking is easy in the lot for this small strip mall. In addition to the standard Subway fare, they have a nice selection of fountain and bottled drinks too.
This store is also directly across from the runway of a small airport, which is cool if you want to see private planes and helicopters take off.
The overall cleanliness, location (near the airport) and public restroom bumps this 3-​star review to 4 stars.

Very poor customer service! And by «poor» i mean practically nonexistent. Sandwich makers are rude and rush you through the order. They start putting things on it before you even request what you want. Cashiers are rude. In my experience one cashier tried not o give me my change back. When I requested change she pointed at the change dispenser and said it should have been there. I noted to her that no change came out of that machine on what she replied «too bad». I requested to speak to a manager and she finally opened the register and threw the change into my hand with nasty look on her face. This location is also very dirty. Some employees look like they did not shower for days. Dirty floors, uniforms, surface where they prepare your sandwiches. I went to this location several times and each time I had some kind of the problem. When you try to contact owner, he is not available. Even through corporate headquarters. I had to call them to get him in touch with me and he still did not return my call. I doubt he ever will. He just simply does not care for his customers. He lost yet another one. I would rather drive extra mile to city of San Fernando and get my lunch there.

Typical subway. I like the fact that it’s so close to my house. Friendly staff.

What can I say? Today is the last time I give my business to this shop. I will drive the extra mile to the next subway. The owner here has his staff well trained to be cheap, skimpy, and light on the ingredients. I ask for spinach on a 6 «and they put 5 leaves on it… I had to ask for more… seriously! The same goes for the other toppings. (including the deli meats) If they could short you two inches on the bread, they probably would. The worst part is that they still manage to put together a sloppy sandwich! It has happened every single time I have come in here.(about 6 or 7 times… its a new location) I usually don’t complain like this. I will simply not spend my money in an establishment I am not pleased with and keep quiet about it but I am trying to save people some money here. Times are tough right now and every little bit counts.. and boy do they rush you outta there! It is one thing to be fast and efficient but it is another thing to be pushy. Oh, the best part is… There is an OUT of ORDER sign on the bathroom that has been there for WEEKS. The owner/​manager does not want anyone using it to cut down on expenses.(IF YOU READ THIS… YOU KNOW ITS TRUE DUDE!) He gave a customer a lame excuse about graffiti and toilet paper all over the place… thats not broken. just dirty!.. clean it! remove the graffiti… its part of doing business in that neighborhood (stinks.I know… thats society… we can only do our part to try and make it better) Have a great day! A Subway is a Subway! Can’t go wrong in terms of value and taste!
This is a convenient location for the city of Pacoima. Excited to have a Subway opening within walking distance of my workplace!
