They were great!!! Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of the way to do whatever I needed. I went here with 2 of my other friends last year as well and they both had great experiences!

Anne’s Bridals has HORRIBLE customer service! I drove from an hour away & when I arrived for my appointment, there was no one to help me. I was directed to a very small selection of wedding dresses that interested me and then didn’t see an employee again. VERY bad service and poor selection too.

This is the best bridal shop in Paducah, considering the only other option is David’s. The selection is good, especially if you’re looking for natural-​waistline wedding gowns (which I was). Don’t forget to check out the sales rack — the staff may not direct you there, but you can find some gems. I found the gown of my dreams here, but ultimately the service was very disappointing. I felt pressured to buy accessories once I had chosen my dress. Even though I liked the shoes they picked for me, I felt uncomfortable and didn’t get them. Then, it took them about 4 months to ship my dress to me in California, when they said they would ship it in a few weeks. They were not communicative or transparent. I didn’t feel like I could really trust them with something so important. Also, when I received the gown, the alterations were done poorly, and I had to get the dress re-​altered. Honestly, you shouldn’t get your dress altered that far before the wedding anyway, since your body can change so much in 6 months. I feel like these ladies knew that, but took advantage of me anyway. Overall the place left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t recommend going her if people in Paducah really had other options.
