Logan’s Roadhouse

Came in with the guy’s after work. I’ve been to a lot of Logan’s from the traveling I do but this has to be the worst. We sat at the bar and the service was horrible, the food took forever to come out and the restaurant seemed dirty. When the food finally came out I didn’t get everything. The food was at least warm enough to eat. The whole party had issues. My friend ordered potato skins and he got his food last.

Took my wife in to use a giftcard we got as a gift. I do not normally go to places like this, but I thought I would give it a try. The menu is what you would expect for a chain steakhouse and the restaurant appearance was acceptable. This problem with this Paducah location is the poor attention to detail. Our server was inattentive and very forgetful. She had to constantly ask what we we were drinking. Once or twice is ok if it has been a while, but having to ask everytime you come by my table is unprofessional and annoying. That level of service is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the quality of this place. I ordered steak and chicken. The chicken was tender and moist but the steak was very tough even though I ordered it medium rare. The thing that displeased me the most and really summed up my entire visit was how the food was plated. I have attached a photo to back up my point. The way the food was quickly and sloppily thrown on the plate and the manner in which it was delivered says that nobody at this place appreciates my business. It is for that reason I am writing this review and the reason I will not be back. If you want great service I recommend going across the road to TX roadhouse.

I enjoyed the food but was limited to vegetables. I have food allergies and they cook all their food together. The onion rings and French fries and chicken strips all cooked in same cooking oil. Probably will find a better place to eat next time.

We stopped in, on our way home, from Atlanta. We had never been to a Logan’s and probably won’t be again — unless someone can convince me others aren’t like this one. It was 3pm, on a Sunday afternoon… They had an abundance of employees, but service was terrible. We ordered a Fried Chicken Salad and a Chicken Sandwich. It took 45 minutes to get out food and they were NOT busy! Plus, when we got the food — the frlies were ice cold. The sandwich and salad were mediocre.

Food was very tastey and presented well. Service was very good. If you are just passing through and do not want to go downtown for a Paducah experience then eat here.

So far so good. The waitress has been nice, pleasant, and friendly The service was fantastic, but the food on the other hand…
I had the country fried chicken tenders meal. The chicken was over-​cooked, the fries were crispy and cold, but the Mac n cheese was the saving grace.

Had a good lunch. Steak was perfect. Potato and broccoli servings were a little small but more than adequate for lunch. I left full and happy. Monica was the perfect server. Kudos!

I wanted to like this place but our experience was poor. The food is pedestrian at best. The things that went right? – Our server offered to butterfly my son’s fillet mignon because he wanted it well done – the rolls and sweet potatoes are tremendous and you kept my 20oz beer glass full. The things that went wrong? — I ordered a fillet mignon medium and it came butterflied like my sons. REALLY? Who in their right mind butterflies a $ 26 fillet when ordered medium? Why didn’t I send it back you ask? Because I was so hungry I would’ve eaten my own hand, that’s why. Secondly, our server forgot our salads. Third, he forgot to bring my wife her beer when she ordered a second one. When momma ain’t happy – aint nobody happy.
When she asked for it, he replied «Oh, did you still want that beer?’ This isn’t neurosurgery dude – we ask nicely for things — and you bring them to us. Perhaps if our server wasn’t spending time talking with his wife and/​or girlfriend sitting directly behind us, he could keep his mind on what he is supposed to do. In addition, I know I’m not at Benny’s Chop House in Chicago but a personality goes a long way. Our server had the personality of a stone and looked as if he had just been released from the Marion Federal Penitentiary. We tried to joke with him but he just didn’t get it. Perhaps his synapses were overloaded by our food order. Finally, this place is way overpriced. The combination of the costly average food, and the service that one would get at a bowling alley, we won’t be back.

I didn’t know this was a chain when hubby and I decided to stop in for a bite to eat. Being from out of town, we were out and about seeing the sites when the kids said, «MOMMMMMMMMY! We’re HUNGRY!!!» So after searching on Unilocal!We found this gem.
We were promptly seated with smiles despite it being the middle of lunch rush. We told them this was our first time here and the hostess and waitress took time to tell us the specials and the items they loved best. We were given our drink orders promptly and the waitress took her time to answer all our questions and explain items to us. ALL WITH PATIENCE AND SMILES!!! Best of all, they served things our little picky eaters loved. Hubby and I decided to do the 2 for $ 13.99 and it was great! Our kids even ate ½ price! I ordered the Sante Fe Tilapia and hubby had the Salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. The house salad was fresh and crisp despite it being December. The dressing was fantastic and they served it on the side just as I had requested. Meals come with bread and butter and it smelled and looked wonderful, but hubby and the kids finished it off before I had a chance to grab any!
The bathrooms were clean and neat. Everything in order. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Paducah!

Great location and excellent service! Our server went out of his way all night to make sure everything was the way we wanted it; even remade sweet tea for us when the first batch came out unsweet. Had a few issues from the kitchen not sending stuff out as ordered (steaks cooked wrong and toppings mixed up on sides), but other than that, everything tasted excellent in a clean, friendly facility.

I know it is a chain, but it has been very consistent and good. Service is always excellent and the food is yummy. Prices are quite good and they often have a «2 for» special.

The food is good chain food. The hubby and I got married in Shawnee National Forest and even though we were planning a large reception when we got back home (Chicago ‘burbs) we wanted to take everyone who was able to come down out.
Well, it’s the south and we got married on Sunday and we quickly learned that many places are dry. We did find out that Paducah served liquor after 1pm on Sundays and our hotel guests were staying in Metropolis anyway. So we started searching.
We finally found Logan’s. The menu had a good variety, the prices were good and they guaranteed us a private room (separate area with half walls). They even turned on the Bears game for us.
We don’t have Logan’s near us, but we look forward to visiting this one again since we go to Shawnee as much as possible.

I really like going to Logan’s the food is good and the prices are reasonable. The servers are always nice and friendly.
