Well, at first the food was pretty good. I ordered a steak bagel and a large frappé. What really set me off is that I ordered a bagel to go and when I get in the car to eat it, it had Big Mac sauce all over it. At least I hope it was Big Mac sauce. The tart taste of the sauce did not compliment the bagel at all and they didn’t give me any napkins to wipe it off. I have been eating there for about a year now and I’ve not really had a bad experience, but this is where I draw the line. They had to have noticed it and they did nothing about it. I am not going to eat here again.

This place has some of the most rude employees I’ve ever experienced at any McDonalds. They will get snappy with you when you try to correct your order.

This place is easily a massive disgrace to the franchise. The inaccuracy of their orders is the least of their problems. The staff is overall VERY unfriendly. Not only are they unfriendly and cannot get your order right to save their life, but you usually have to order multiple times through the drive-thru. It’s probably a good thing that McDonald’s doesn’t have an easily accessible comment section because this place would get an entire employee overhaul if it did. If you’ve got the time, patience, and tolerance for inaccurate, unfriendly service with the end result STILL being McDonald’s food, go to this store. If not, stay far, far away.
