O’Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

The food was fresh fast and tasty. The service was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Chantell, your service was magnificent.

I absolutely love O’Charley’s, and I have ever since my first visit to their Birmingham, AL location. Anytime I am remotely south in the U.S., I look to see if there is an O’Charley’s closeby. I hadn’t been for years, and the rolls were every bit as good as I remembered. The chicken fingers were also delish, and the portions were HUGE. I just got it to-​go, but I have zero complaints!

Service was good me and the wife ordered same thing Better Cheddar Burger. Hers was fine but mine was way over cooked. However with one word to the manager and all was fixed… I would give them 4 stars if they would have gotten it right the first time

My husband and I stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon for a good lunch. It was packed (I imagine it was the after-​church crowd), our food took a lil bit coming out because of the rush but our server, Ryan, was very polite and even threw in a couple slices of pie to go for our patience! The food was amazing and fresh– I got the Southern Style Chicken Sandwich and my husband got the Shrimp Bayou! Om nom nom

Good food at reasonable prices. Prime rib specials are good, with the rib being tasty and tender. Wait staff is excellent. A staple once a week when I am working in Paducah.

Today I shall review a horrible barrel of garbage called O’ Charley’s.
This place is terrible. Just terrible. I can’t even explain how awful this place is. Of all the problems. Okay let’s begin the review. Roll transcript!!!
This place is no good. The food was SOMEWHAT okay but the service was an abomination to all extents! I asked for pink lemonade with no ice and they filled my glass THREE QUARTERS with ice! THREE FREAKING QUARTERS!!! I let that slide though and moved on. I asked for their chicken and spiral cut flash fried potato with honey mustard. AND THEY GAVE ME A PLATE WITH A PEICE OF CHICKEN AND A 4 INCH DIAMETER DOME OF MASHED POTATO THAT WAS JET WHITE AND HAD CHUNKS OF MYSTERY VEGGIES!!! I then told them to take it back and asked for what I ordered, they then gave me fries and chicken. It was great chicken I’ll give it that but that atmosphere! UGH it’s so freaking ugly! It was colder than cold too! The booth I sat at (I was with friends) made my butt ache and gave me back pain. Also it was on a
6-​inch pointlessly raised area on the floor with a plaque hideously nailed on the table engraved «STEP DOWN» also they had a random and terribly boring radio channel playing inside, AND THE OUTSIDE! And it was really cheap too! The speaker outside sounded like it was designed to play waaaaayyyyy quieter. It sounded like it could blow up any given moment. I would recommend this to NOBODY ANYWHERE EVER!!! Don’t go here, I warned you. Bye!

not bad chain food. had prime rib was good

We had the weekend prime rib special. It was quite good. The server was polite and served us well. It was a Friday night and it was crowded but we got a table in the bar with no wait.

We went on a Friday night. Everywhere else we went said they had a 30 minute wait, with hardly anyone waiting. We walked in O’Charley’s and there were quite a few people waiting but the hostess said it would be about 15 minutes. We were sat in about 10 minutes which was great. My wife and I had the Prime Rib for 12.99 for 8 oz pieces and it was absolutely wonderful. Our daughter liked everything as well except the mashed potatoes which had potato skin in them and she said they were really thick, she’s 10 :) The server was very good and the service overall was excellent. I had given up on chain restaurants but this one in Paducah was on point on a very busy night.

The homemade potato chips with salsa tastes excellent. This is a must try item. Waitress was very friendly and provided fast service on a very busy Saturday night.

Great food ! Been here a couple of times. The food is always good & so is the service. Try the southern fried chicken with the honey glaze. Really good !!!

Enjoyed spending time with friends at a table outside the restaurant. We didn’t eat, however, I have eaten there many times. I love thier Chicken Quesadillas and carmel pie:) In fact, I have never met anyone who doesn’t like their carmel pie. The waiter was very warm friendly and courteous, greeting me by name, as he knows me as a regular at this restaurant. I have been to a few O’Charleys, but the Paducah one is top notch compared to any of the other ones I have gone to.
