Decent salad that tasted good, although a tad on the pricey side for a Green Goddess Cobb salad with chicken that came with a small baguette($ 9.29). I went half an hour before closing, but the employees were nice. Unfortunately, being so close to closing, there were only a handful of desserts left.

Not a good representation of the service that Panera is overall known for. — Staffing needs better customer service training. — more attention needed to cleanliness of restaurant bathrooms — slow service

Worst Panera ever visited. Kiosks were closed. Focus on drive through over pedestrian. Surly staff. Out out out. Out of dark roast, out of egg white out of customer service. Told manager whose reply in a don’t imposition me with that attitude, «I know we have some brewing». Waited 12 mins for a microwaved breakfast sandwich. Observed both high jacking ingredients between orders and switching product to drive through orders. Don’t go here unless you are a food masochist. Panera Pits.

This is a great location, Panera has healthy choices(and excellent, strong coffee), and it is usually clean. The problem here, though, is that the service is almost always a struggle. This has been a meeting spot for me with friends often since it’s been in Paducah. I’ve been there when the coffee is out, but the biggest problem(and I have to say it is actually usually the case) is getting help at the register. In the 20 times that I am there in the morning(6:15 or so) I am often the first one in the line. Even though there are lots of people working on bread & stuff, no one ever seems to want to come to the register. Since I am usually just there for the coffee, getting served and then to a seat is important. Having to wait on service and then ask for coffee to be brewed fresh isn’t cool.

Good food, quick service, disengaged employees — typical panera quality of food, but produced in an uninspiring way. Would I stop again? Yes, but the manager/owner needs to train the employees to be much more inviting to customers. After driving for over 10 hours, I expected to be greeted with a warm smile and gracious hospitality. Instead, I received blank stares and confused looks.

It’s Panera… need I say more. Stopped by for a late dinner and was not disappointed… soup and salad were both delicious!

This place needs help. Management is failing, because the staff is not properly trained. I walked around the whole dining area to find a clean table. A majority of the soft drink choices were out of order. They listed food on their menu that they were out of. Advice: if you are out of it, take the sign down. Worst Panera I have ever been to.

I love Panera Bread. This one, however, despite its VERY convenient location right off the freeway on my drive home to St. Louis… never again. The staff is rude. The food was improperly prepared. My bread was dry, the sandwich felt old like it had been sitting for hours… This Panera needs to get it together. Because what they’re doing now… it’s not working.

Today I went to «Panera Bread»(Duh), and it was pretty nice. I could have told you once but instead I told you twice! hahaha! So, yeah. Anyway, I labeled this place because the only problem was the place was cold and by cold I mean FRRRREEEEEEZZZZZZIING! But hey, who am I to judge that? I’m the one who drank a smoothie(SPOILERALERT). What I got: Low-fat mango smoothie, Tomato-Mozzerella Panini, (Came with potato chips) Although I stinkin’ hate potato chips their chips were actually good! And what great a sandwich! How do I explain with words? No, you tell me. That’s about it, thanks for readin’

Let me preface this review with saying I love most Panera Bread locations. This one, however, is horribly managed. It is frequently«not clean», the restrooms are way past needing cleanings, and the staff is poorly trained. The Greek salads, my normal favorite, is a wildcard everytime it’s ordered here. Sometimes it’s too much dressing, sometimes way too little. They also forget the olives or tomatoes frequently. Oh, and you use technology and try to put your My Panera card on your phone? Don’t try it here. They will refuse to enter it unless it’s a hard copy card. On top of all this, they don’t understand how to staff the counter. Today I waited for 10 minutes to get a coffee — several employees were there moping around, and only one staffer was at the counter. Corporate Panera needs to visit this store and get it straightened out.

The bread on the paninis was tooo hard I couldnt eat it. Chincy with the meat on steak and cheese plus steak was tough and chewy. Croutons in french onion soup were very stale. Cobblestone muffin was also very stale. Wont go back to this one. I know the difference between stale and fresh in Paneras. Floor had food crumbs all over the place.
