The owner, although asked on three different occasions, rented me the wrong #UHaul equipment. When asked, after the fact, she admitted she didn’t know it was the wrong equipment. She also sold us the TowSafe insurance. Utilizing the wrong equipment without any warning whatsoever ended up costing me more than $ 1600 because the TowSafe insurance didn’t cover it — but of course she didn’t tell me that either. Broke down at 2am in the middle of nowhere was a scary and extremely stressful experience that could have been 100% avoided had she been properly trained by Uhaul … or even have read her own paperwork!
