We had such a great experience with B&T Marine. We called just a week before July 4th weekend and luckily they had one boat left. My boyfriend, myself, and my brother rented a 19 foot Bayliner for 2 days. Toni was flexible with the pick up time and let us snag a few toys from the shop to take out on the water with us(tube and ski). She laid out a map and told us the best places to go, places to skip, pointed out fuel docks, etc. and let us know to contact her at any time throughout the weekend with questions. Our holiday weekend was SO much better having the boat. There’s so much to explore on Lake Powell… just sitting on Lone Rock Beach would not have provided such an amazing experience. There’s NO need to spend $ 800 to rent a boat at one of the marinas. We will most likely rent again next weekend!

Great little place. I went looking a round town for a part for my jet ski. No one had one so I stopped by B & t marine. I talked to a gentlemen named Bill who works there. Great find got the parts. thanks Bill an Toni.

My great grandparents lived in Page for more than 60 years. Family reunions for us have taken place at Lake Powell for 50 years, since my mother was a baby, and now that my Grandpa(who started the tradition) has passed away it has become more and more difficult to get people together making it that much more important to us to have fun and worry as little as possible! I called my great uncle before renting our jet ski because I knew he would know where the best place in town was. After his many years of doing business with them she(Toni) said she didn’t know who he was which wasn’t a huge deal but showed me the kind of person I was doing business with who didn’t remember her regular very loyal customers. Her price wasn’t too bad, there are less expensive down the street but she was the only one who had anything available without a reservation so we were glad to pay a little more to get something. Then for the deposit she said was $ 500, she accidentally authorized my card for $ 5,000! She was very apologetic and I didn’t make a big deal about it because she said she would personally call the bank herself to get it removed as soon as we returned the jet skis. We had fun and no issues with the water craft at all. However she wanted us to return the next day by 6pm. We were running about 5 – 10 minutes late so my husband called to let her know and she wasn’t there, said she would be back at 7. So we rushed to load the ski up for no reason and waited around for her for almost an hour because she went to pick someone up who she delivered the water crafts to. Even though we were waiting there for almost an hour she proceeded to check in the other people first. When I asked how much longer it would take because we had already been waiting for an hour she raised her voice at me and accused me of lying since we were running late but we were only 10 min late so rather then argue with her we told her we would stop by on our way back home. She sent us a text the next morning that everything was fine and the charges would fall off so we never went back. However the charges never came off and we started running out of cash on our trip back home, my card was declined and I had to overdrawl my account in order to have somewhere to sleep for one night, and when I went into the bank they said I had to call the 1800 #. I did that and they told me that she had to call. She was ignoring my calls and texts for about 2 hours and then texted me that she was out of town until the next day in the evening. I told her all she needed to do was answer the phone because I was trying to 3way call with the bank and she didn’t answer the phone again! She called me back after I texted her that she was very unprofessional and that we were stuck 5hours away from home with no money! She started saying her daughter was in labor or something and when I told her I had already hung up with the bank and that she was supposed to have taken care of this already she started yelling at me saying I was over the top controlling and don’t let people breath… then when I tried talking she kept interrupting me and screamed at me to get the bank on the phone again so she could be finished having to hear me! Extremely rude and unprofessional! I started saying something like, «you are the one who screwed up and froze up all of my funds…» When she screamed at me again so I yelled back that I would sew her and hung up the phone. 2 minutes later she texted asking for the # to the bank! It was fixed in 5 minutes of her time and that’s all I asked of her was just 5 minutes and to make a phone call so we could get our family back home and finally stop the inconvenience that she had caused us after a whole week had gone by already! I will never go back there again and I will make sure that all of my family is aware of what happened there and this mistake will cost her not only my business for the next 40 years +, but also my whole family as well!

BECAREFUL when renting from this shop! The owner(Toni) is super nice when you want to spend your money there but, will take no responsibility for their faulty«jerry-rigged» repairs when something goes wrong. They rented me their 19ft Bayliner with the driver’s side windshield support brace taped up(previously broken before we rented it). My 9 year old son, lost his balance from another boat’s wake, and leaned on the windshield causing the«windshield support brace» to come loose, shattering the tempered glass. All 6 of us sustained minor cuts, my son being the worst. I had to cut our vacation 2 days short due to the incident. When I returned the boat early and discussed the incident with the owner(Toni), she was very sympathetic and stated that the shop will take care of the windshield, and I would be credited with a least one of the days rental fees. I also had to pay a $ 125 fee to have a 5 gallon gas can delivered to us ½ mile from the Bullfrog Marina due to the boat’s gas gauge reading improperly. My friend and I video recorded the faulty gas gauge in operation, to include taking pictures of the taped up windshield support, and our injuries. The following morning, the owner(Toni) called me on the phone and became belligerent. She even called me a liar. At one point in our phone conversation she even told me that I «don’t have balls!» After I stopped all communication with this woman, she left me a threatening voice message. This business and its owner are completely out of control. I had to file an incident report with the Page PD, and the National Parks Service to «cover my 6.» I am an Afghanistan Combat Veteran, currently serving 23 years of service. It is in my opinion; this business COULDCARELESSABOUTTHESAFETY of it’s customers, children alike. THEYWILLRENTYOUANUNSAFEWATERCRAFT! Bill and Toni’s Marine is out to get your money and to utilize your damage deposit to maintain their watercraft fleet. Although they have competitive prices, my recommendation would be to COMPLETELYSTEERAWAY from this organization. Any other watercraft rental business MUST be better than this one!

Bill and Toni are the best. They take care of you like family. We have been taking our boats to them for years and have always taken good care of us. They also have great rentals as we’ve rented a few jet skis from them.
