Outstanding and worth every penny spent. Our expert guide adjusted the difficulty of the trip as our novice kayak skills improved. Day one was spent in labyrinth canyon and the second in face canyon. Incredible views and fantastic way to see nature. Must do if you spend any time in Page.

We had a great time on the half day trip. We swam, jumped off high rocks, paddled through some beautiful scenery-what else can you ask for?

Fantastic day, wonderful place, great company! **Moderate level of intensity. It seems appropriate a wide age range, from children to active seniors. Dave was our tour guide along with one assistant who was super sweet and friendly(her name escapes me but she is a registered nurse). Kayaks and paddles are in good shape, and soft seats make the kayaks more comfortable. They are fully equipped with food and drinks. Our snacks included peaches, apples, granola bars, and different types of drinks and juice. Lunch was served when we returned from the hike. It was a build your own sandwhich layout composed of a variety of breads, deli meats, fresh veggies, chips, fruits, and a variety of drinks. Very good spread, thumbs up! We boarded the boat in the morning and travelled across the lake(appx 20−30mins). We docked in a little cove jumped off and ran like maniacs up and down the rock formations. Dave then called us back in and set us up with kayaks. His assistant dispensed granola bars throughout our kayaking and hiking, she also took pictures, I haven’t seen the ones she took with her own camera, but that’s ok bc we took about 100 pix on our own cameras. The water is still and pleasant to kayak, the hiking is AMAZING. Walking inside the narrows is truly a unique experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! The tour is a whole day trip. There is alot it see and enjoy. ***Rate was $ 200/person(adult). Worth every penny =)

My girlfriend and I drove up from Flagstaff to take a half day kayak trip on Lake Powell with HCK. Our guide Clint was amazing. Neither of us had ever kayaked before and he was very helpful in teaching us how. He was great to talk to and answered my questions on pretty much every topic from the lake/desert wildlife to the rock formations and coloring. As we got further out onto the lake the wind picked up and caused some taller waves. We had to turn back early and once we were ashore Clint offered to refund our money. I wanted to pay something since we still had a great time and we settled on half. It showed me they are a very fair company and focused on giving everyone a great/safe experience. The trip was fun and my girlfriend and I learned a lot. If you are travelling or staying near Page AZ you should definitely sign up for a kayak trip with these guys.

Booked our trip a month in advance and was charged $ 360 for 4 adults. Didn’t catch that one of our members was a youth, but they refunded me $ 15 at check-in and apologized for the error! Honesty’s the best policy!

Did a half day trip and it was such a relaxing tour. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was a bit over 4 miles total and we even did a mini hike in between barefooted. That was my favorite part. Our tour guide was so easy going that made the whole experience very relaxing.

We had a half-day kayaking trip with Clint on lake Powell. Clint is very knowledgable of the local marine life, history, geography and also very fun to talk to. We paddled all the way into the canyon but depends on your physique you don’t have to go that far. You can just enjoy the kayaking, landing spot, do some swimming and water jumping, Clint said they do longer tours too(5days, different canyons, they use motor boat to take you to different spot and you can kayak to see the scene). If I ever come here again to do longer days tours, I would definitely pick them again!

A truly wonderful slot canyon kayaking experience on Lake Powell! Our family of 5 did a full day kayaking adventure with Hidden Canyon Kayak and absolutely loved it. Clint, our guide, met us at 7:30am at the Antelope Point Marina. After a beautiful 30′ boat ride on the lake we pulled onto a sandstone beach. Our kids had a chance to swim and climb on the rock formations before we got into kayaks for our paddle into Labyrinth Canyon. The path twisted and turned between gorgeous red sandstone walls, getting more and more narrow as we made our way along. On the way there were spots where we could paddle into sandstone alcoves and side canyons, climb, swim, and jump into the water. Clint did an excellent job paying attention to the weather(there was a chance of a storm), keeping the kids safe, and making sure all of us(even kids aged 8, 12&14) were enjoying the trip. His knowledge of the region and the geology was fantastic. In addition, we were joined by Gary Ladd, a local photographer with an interest in geology, who gave us wonderful talks about the history of the surrounding landscape. Back at the boat an excellent sandwich lunch was prepared for us and we had another chance to swim and hike around a bit before heading back. We were so glad we booked the all day trip, the 4 – 5 mile round trip paddle was not too much, and it gave us the opportunity to make it out to a majestic canyon and take our time swimming and exploring. This was truly an unforgettable experience.
