We ordered 40 bales of straw and 6 bags of soil online. I received my confirmation and a few days later the total was sent to me. When the delivery guy got to my house, he had 3 bags of soil on the order form, however they did not have any soil to give me. He said he had to take the full check amount and to call that night and they’d get me back on the schedule for that week. This was 2 ½ weeks ago. I called that night and left a voicemail assuming they would call me back the next day to schedule a drop off. I didn’t receive a call from Crystal until Thursday saying the soil was back in stock and they could deliver. I called them back that evening to let her know I had already bought my own soil, I just needed a refund. I did not receive a call back until the middle of the following week letting me know it was possible to refund. Last week, they cashed the full check amount for product I never received and still have not sent a refund. I called again on Monday letting Crystal know I needed a refund this week and have yet to receive a call letting me know when to expect it. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! You can keep the $ 20, as I assume you were going to anyway. You have lost a customer and will never recommend you to anyone.
