This place is across the street from our hotel, so we decided to stop by for breakfast when we were in town. Food are delicious. Killer burrito is so good with green chile in it. My sons shared a breakfast bagel, which is also very good. Friendly staff. It takes a while to get your food, because they cook it on order. Prices range is about $ 5 – 7 for each breakfast item, which is very fair for a tourist town. I may come back to try their lunch menu.

This is hands down one off the best places we have ever been. It’s a casual atmosphere with consistently top quality food and good service. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Our favorite is the Porkarito. Awesome! Say hi to Andy wjen you go.

Was in town for spring break and was lucky enough to have breakfast and lunch here. Had a delicious Philly cheesesteak sandwich for lunch. For breakfast my husband and I split the killer burrito and the porkarito. I’m not sure which I loved more. I recommend adding the sausage gravy on top of the killer burrito. Our kids had the biscuits and gravy which was also excellent. My only regret of the week was not coming here everyday. I will also add the owner and all of the employees were helpful and super nice. Can’t wait to come through town again to support this local business!

In Pagosa Springs to ski for spring break and stopped by Peak Deli for a quick lunch. Cozy location with a handful of tables. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I got the Jackson Mtn sandwich. The strawberry and brie made for a very unique and tasty combination. I highly recommend it. Daughter enjoyed her Wolf Creek sandwich, which was ham, turkey and bacon on white(she says«very filling»). Wife got the green chicken chili(soup du jour) and enjoyed it just fine. Kids got grilled cheese with ham… served with pickle and chips(«sweet ham» says they). All agreed it was very good!

Service was great, food was wonderful, they were flexible with the kids, and the bill was very affordable. The Jackson Mnt. sandwich was one of the best of my life and the wife loved the philly.

This place is BOMB. Don’t get breakfast or lunch anywhere else, it’s not worth it. My first day in Pagosa we went to the Peak for breakfast/lunch and were so impressed with the cuban sandwich and the breakfast burritos. The second day, I wanted to try something different so went to Higher Ground and were seriously disappointed by the comparison. The Peak makes their food to order so it’s fresh and delicious. Additionally, there coffee is pretty decent for a deli(as in better than most delis). The service is maybe a little slow but that’s to be expected with a staff of 2 and line out the door! It may be worth to call your order in ahead of time. Thanks Peak Deli for one the best cuban sandwiches ever and making my stay in Pagosa even more wonderful!

Had a fabulous sandwich(Pagosa Peak) with gluten free bread. It was delicious and fresh. The bread was wonderful-not always the case with gf breads. I’d recommend for breakfast burritos and sandwiches as well.

Mmm, tasty start to the day. Their generous burritos hit the spot. I got the porkarito and it is a nice change from the standard burrito. Plus, chipotle mayo makes everything taste way better! Coffee is good. The people were cool. It may just be our go to for breakfast whenever we’re in Pagosa Springs!

What a wonderful breakfast! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Wish we found it the first day of our visit instead of the last! We had the bagel sandwich and the burrito. Both were excellent. And the lady cooking and serving it was so nice. Great service.

I love Peak! Andy and his crew are awesome! A very unique menu of sandwiches and wraps. Boar’s Head is the brand they use. They were the first to offer Pretzel buns(which is so tastey), which is my fav. They are now doing Philly Cheesesteaks, just as delicious as the ones in Philly. And their Cubano-you just have to try it yourself.

Where to start… This place has fantastic sandwiches! They’re fresh and full of flavor. I love the cute little shop too. Its a little pricey for just a sandwich(like $ 10) but it was good. The staff was very friendly also which makes every experience better. A must try!

We went for filling rather than healthy and what a good choice. Best egg sandwich on a bagel with bacon and cheese. Fresh. Moist. Made quick from a phone order and happy people. Great

10stars! We are tour guide taking a bus here for the hot spring. While they were in water we thought we grab something to eat in this tiny town. Spot this place and received very warm welcoming. I had southwest melt and my driver had Italian. They were such a bomb!!! We travel all the time everywhere the sandwich hit the spot! My southwest melt with a hint of spicy to me to someone maybe just spicy made me want to order another one to go for later after 2nd bite. Wish I have this by my house never going to cook again. Thank you!!!
