Yeah…5 stars!!! More if possible! A hidden gem! Family owned, ran by a mother, father and son, Max. They are so nice and sweet to top it off!!! THEBEST Thai I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many in multiple cities. This place lost in the desert hicks, a gift to the tiny town of Pahrump! So uniquely authentic, not all Americanized.

Best Thai food I ever had!!! Calamari was outstanding. Waiter very attentive. Green curry was great. Would recommend to anyone. We were visiting Pahrump from Maryland and I’m sorry this restaraunt is so far away.

Ate here on one of my trips to Pahrump. Had a hard time locating it. Pahrump is a little bigger than I thought. The food was delicious and the service was good. Also, I didnt feel weighed down but pleasantly full after eating. If you’re ever in town with an empty stomach, you will not go wrong eating at My Thai.

This is the best Thai food I have ever had. We had red curry chicken, chicken pad Thai and wontons for appetizer. We will definitely be back. Excellent.

It is as though Max, the servers, recognized us as regulars and began giving us the cold shoulder. The service used to be phenomenal but something changed. The last time we went we waited about 2 hrs and still had not received our order so we left. We still had to pay for our drinks, though, and not one apology was given. It was as though we were forgotten as other tables(who came in after we did) were receiving their orders within an acceptable time limit.. I am quite disappointed, and I do not believe I will be going back. TL;DR: The food is delicious but the service has been awful.

Always Amazing food, fresh and flavorful! The service is off the charts. Max is just the best! My all time favorite dish, I dream about… lol. Green Curry(Spicy #8) hands down best curry I have ever had. Great Spring Rolls, squid salad is great, Drunken noodles… everything is awesome. Seriously, I have tried most of it over the years. Consistently awesome food. I did cheat, and try another local place on a Sunday one time… Because they are closed… and curry is my favorite hangover food… I won’t ever do it again… I promise.lol. Totally worth the wait, or I’ll just have to order it on Saturday and have leftovers… haha. Absolutely the best.

I love MyThai. It is my go to place. I am never disappointed. I love Max also. He has an old soul and most kind heart. What a wonderful place we found last year. We are snow birds but stay a little longer than most, 8 months of the year. We so missed our My Thai while we were gone for the summer. you can count on us going back once a week during our 8 months here.

I have had the pleasure of eating in some fabulous Thai food restaurants around the country and would have never expected one of the best to be in the middle of nowhere next to a gas station in Pahrump. Both the food and service here are first class. The waiter is quite the character and had us laughing the whole time. The dining area and restrooms were extremely clean. I was very impressed and will definitely be back to try some other dishes on the menu. I strongly recommend the ginger chicken.

It is so sad to have good food and lousy service. Max, the son and waiter, was very attentive our first two visits when we discovered how good the food is in this establishment. Later visits rendered service that was so bad we won’t even drive across the street to go there. One time he served my wife and not me. We kept asking Max when my meal would be ready, and he kept answering just a moment. We finally had my meal packed to go after my wife had eaten. No apologies were offered no return visits have occured. One star for the food.

My Thai is quite the gem. Best Thai food in the American Southwest! The wait can be long sometimes, as this is a family run establishment. But the delicious authentic food outweighs any wait time. Max is the best! The Tom Kha Kai is the most delicious dish ever. Don’t be put off by the possible long wait times and treat yourself to the best Thai food around!

The food here is top notch. Who would have though it? My GF(she is Thai born and raised) and I drove here from Vegas, just to see what all the hype was about from the Unilocal reviews. It did not disappoint. It was pretty busy and the wait was a little long, however it was worth it! I had the chicken basil and my GF had the chicken pad prik. Both delicious!

Amazing find! Definitely a diamond in the rough. They cook everything from scratch so it might take awhile for the food but worth every second. Had the coconut chicken soup and the red curry, it was better than anything I’ve ever had in Las Vegas.

Amazing find in the middle of nowhere. The dishes are prepared to order so be prepared to wait. We went with our two small boys and they were more then accommodating. The food was AMAZING. Best red curry I’ve ever had!

I actually went here last year when a friend of mine refereed me to this establishment. The restaurant it self is located outside the main town we’re all the shops and casinos are located. Also the restaurant it self is very small and next to a gas station. I’m only giving this place 4 stars because of the slow service, which is because its a family run restaurant literally«the mom and dad cooks while the son serve!» So warning if your in a hurry this place is not for you. But if your looking for a authentic thai cooking and does not mind waiting for a fresh meal then this is for you.

Amazing food, lots of options, a very kind server(Max), good price. Be cautious with the spice levels(from1−10). I ordered a 2 and my lips were tingling. Can’t imagine what a 10 would be like.

In the middle of Pahrump, this was a complete gem of a find. Thank u, Unilocal reviewers, for leading me to it! Not only is it one of the best Thai food restaurants in Las Vegas, it’s possibly better than most Thai restaurants I’ve had in LA! Very authentic food and super attentive service! Panang curry is a must! So flavorful. At level 1 spicy, we were glad it wasn’t any spicier. Papaya salad complemented the curry well — very refreshing on a hot dry Nevada weather. Location wasn’t too out of the way from the main part of downtown Pahrump, just about 3 miles or so. There was a steady flow of take-out customers, mostly fobby old Asian ladies. I’m not sure what these Asians are doing in the middle of a desert, but i know I can count on them for authentic food! This place is GFA(good for Asian).
