I occasionally purchase things online and have made pickups several times at the back pick-up counter. I’m frustrated by touching the screen that says«an associate will be with you shortly!» — and apparently my «shortly» doesn’t match Wal-Mart’s definition. The associate who happens to walk by several minutes later seems surprised that I’m there, as if that screen was only there to give the customer something to do. The employees who walk by often pay no attention to the guy standing at an empty desk. I get my stuff easily enough, eventually. But I see plenty of room for improvement here. How about an automatic announcement paging someone as soon as I touch the screen? How about standards with response times? Hey, how about a name to go with who’s responsible for being with me shortly? The desk doesn’t have to be staffed 24/7, but there should be a way to monitor this area of the store.

Has most of the stuff I need even including gluten free and some organic stuff. If you want food variety though best to go to Vegas because Albertsons and Smiths don’t have much more than Walmart. Cashiers are always very nice. Most of the floor staff are helpful. Some are even pleasant! Very understaffed though! If they have more variety and more staff it would be perfect.

It’s sad this place needs more employee’s there is not enough. What is the point of having so many check out stands if your only going to use 5 of them. And why bother with the self-check out that thing is always down or you can either use card on some & cash on the other’s. Just a pain waiting forever to check out, I try my best to avoid this place.

I hate to give Walmart a 3 star review. I hate shopping at walmart out of principle. But, after being evacuated from SoCal due to the fires and escaping to my parents house, I realized I needed a few things. Here’s what I needed and I found them all at Walmart. 1. Dog food. I ran out. 2. An iphone charger 3. Shirts for me– I completely forgot to pack them 4. Food for my kids Where can you get all these things under one roof. Walmart. Sigh. I was exhausted and didn’t care where I had to go but I didn’t want to schlep all over the place. So, three stars but ONLY because they had everything I needed under one roof.

Not the best place to shop but certainly not the worst. I am sometimes appalled by how dirty the store is and rude the managers can be but where else in Pahrump do you have to shop? I find the that store is severely disorganized, they always out of stock on popular items, and are overstocked on not so popular items. Plus they move items around the store regularly so when you go shopping one week they are in one area but the next week the item is across the store. This makes shopping extremely difficult and frustrating

The Pahrump Walmart has got to be the worse Walmart I’ve ever been in. It’s dirty never completly stocked the service is terrible the photo dept never has anyone at the counter everything is in disarray crap on the floor. Ink for printers is in short supply some the packages have been open. Food sections fresh vegitables are dry or going bad and it smells.

I come up to Pahrump to visit my hanai parents and each time I come here I always make my way to Walmart. Everything i neatly organized and easily accessible. You know how stores like to switch things up on you just to confuse you… well so far this store hasn’t done that to me. lol. Every worker here is super friendly and very helpful. Not much more to say about it… walmart is walmart…

Unfriendly staff when you can find someone. The store is dirty and they seem to be out of things you need.

Eh, it’s a Wal-Mart. It’s also the only show in town. It’s not great but it’s adequate. It may save the bacon of any tourists rolling through who suddenly realize they’ve forgotten some vital object that they can’t pick up at a regular grocery or other local business, but many locals try to wait until they can get into Vegas or another city to do most of their shopping, which is probably a better idea.

typical supa wal-mart. all the good cheap stuff you can’t live w/out. this location has many tatted-up hillbilly wimmins & tweaker customers. many of the wimmins are underage, shopping w/their adult boyfriends. been here twice. nice cashiers

Avoid. Not only is it Wal-Mart, an instant negative, but I found it messy and disorganized. For having so few people shopping, it was surprisingly unclean. If you need foodstuffs, you’re much better off going to the Albertsons next door. For everything else, just go the extra distance to Las Vegas. This Wal-Mart is killing off the few remaining local competitors in this small town — no thanks!
