Moving from the westside I was worried that I wouldn’t find a cupcake place like mine there aaaaaaand I didn’t as Coras is BETTER!
The monkey something banana and chocolate is legit, red velvet is moist and tasty, lemon is clean and crisp, hostess like a true hostess cupcake, the chocolate peanut butter is PMSing woman’s DREAM and their cake pops are KILLER!
Mexican fried ice cream cupcake delish, key lime pop fab, toffee amazing — try them all — Twice! Love that we now live five minutes away.

The family and I went there later in the evening. I think this may have been our problem. They had about a dozen different cupcakes available, however it was obvious it was later in the day and they were running low on cupcakes. But we managed to find four cupcakes we loved. Cupcakes were delicious. I had a lemon drop cupcake. First the cupcake was visually appealing, someone took their time to create a very good looking cupcake. The cake was fluffy and not overly sweet, the icing was sweet and flat out delicious, I’m diffidently going back… except earlier in the day. There was a chocolate decadence (I think that is the name) cupcake that just looked fantastic… but my kids picked it before I could get it.

We’ve purchased cup cakes a few times from here and they are AMAZING! We bought a dozen of them for Easter and everyone loved them! The double chocolate is my favorite! My boyfriend always grabs a bag of chocolate covered chips on our way out every time we go.

I can’t review since they were sold out on my first visit there. Bummer. I wasn’t able to use my free cupcake offer either.
I finally made it back here and picked up a few cupcakes. My fiancée and I picked the chocolate peanut butter, chocolate cream filled and chocolate with coconut I found the cake part a little dry, frosting was outstanding.
I hate to be a stickler for service, but the person that waited on us barely said a word and seemed really eager for us to leave and get back to what ever she was doing in the back room. She was gone before we even left the store. I just found that a bit odd.

Wow, get there early if you want a cupcake. They were sold out on my first visit there
I finally made it back to Cora cupcakes so I thought I should update the review. I enjoyed the cupcakes, we did get them after 5:00 in the afternoon so I don’t know when they were made… they were a little dry. The frosting was great. I can’t wait to try one that is freshly made.

Had the new Carrot Cake Cupcake last night and I must say it was really delicious! The owner, Wendy, is always so nice and her cupcakes are still some of the best I have had so I am updating my review to 5 stars! Definitely going to miss this place when I move to the west side.

Stopped here on the way elsewhere & was not expecting something so special! I had the tiramisu cupcake, which is decidedly for adults. Not cloyingly sweet with sophisticated flavors. Enjoyed every morsel!
