Ohio Real Title

Called the company business 5 days in a row and could not get anyone to call back. Shelley was not prepared and never had the right information to provide me. On the day of the closing, the notary public was late because she was given the incorrect telephone number and address to our home. The paperwork was a mess and the notary public walked out in less than an hour. We did not close on our home. Horrible experience for a first time home buyer. I would not recommend.

I just have to say this 1^st– the customer service is AWESOME! They answer onthe very 1^st ring. I mean really who does that? It’s 2014 I’m supposed to go through several robot voices before I get a human. LOL
OK. on to the review:
I’m in the process if buying my very 1^st home. I called this place from a recommendation I received. I filled out the online form and received a call the very next morning! I spoke with Judy she was extremely polite for 8am. She inquired about my purchase and also answered every question I had. She even took time to explain the home buying process to me. I received emails and updates every step of the way. Numerous people have spoken about how difficult closing can be. But, dealing with Ohio Real Title was painless and quick.
