Apartments are just average with a very strange layout. The grounds are beautiful with ponds, gazebos, pool, etc.
Repairs used to be done promptly… not so much anymore.
Snow removal is a nightmare… parking lot was frozen solid, last year, and dangerous to walk on. We shovel our own walks and between cars.
Outdoor safety lights need to be replaced.
BIG rent increase this year… if this continues, will need to move.
The resident manager and staff are friendly and courteous, so perhaps it is a matter of poor upper management.
There are not many apartment complexes in the area, so I think this contributes to the lack of attention.
