22 Cleaners and Tailors

I read the bad Unilocal reviews and went anyways thinking maybe things will be better for me because I was getting something tailored not cleaned. I had them tailor a brand new trench jacket I had brought. I was charged $ 35 for hemming the bottom and $ 25 for the sleeves. It cost as much as the jacket but I thought it would be worth it for a classic piece for a petite woman like myself. I was told it would be ready Friday, picked it up on Friday as told and the guy was very friendly. When I got home I examined their work, it was good… You know why?!! Because it wasn’t tailored or Hemmed!!! The safety pin was still on the place where I asked them to tailor! I went back and got it tailored again. I picked it up a week later and the bottom was finally hemmed. A bit shorter, but it still fits fine. I would give it a B for the work done on the bottom, but definitely could have been more seamless. I also found a nice stain on my brand new jacket on the front while examining their work. The sleeves were not hemmed. They just moved the button up higher. F for the sleeves. Over all, terrible experience.

Worst experience. Terrible costumer service. He ruined my carpet and would not take responsibility. He said prior that everything would be fine and hes many experiences. Later we found out he is not even the one who cleans the carpets. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I would not recommend for anyone.
Also he started a tech company out of cleaners was an hour late to open. Super rude. If I could I would say he doesnt even deserve one star.

I should have read Unilocal before I took my coat to this cleaner! I live very close to this cleaners and was in short time so thought to give them a shot.
My coat had a stain that would take some work to get out, and I knew that. However, 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my coat!

Had to wait extra 5 days for shirts. I had to buy a shirt because they did not have mine ready. Mother was working and billed me an extra $ 21 dollars because she did not read the ticket and gave me someone elses dry cleaning. I gave a couple of chances for repeat business because I live close, but they burned me again and again. It is better to drive elsewhere and pay a little more for good professional service.
