There is nothing else I hate more than greed. I lost my camera charger. I needed one asap. I found out they carry them and I was glad to hear they have the particular one I wanted to buy — even though my camera is at least 6 years old. I was stoned when I heard the price … $ 40.00! My camera is not probably worth that much anymore, ha ha ha. Amazon has those chargers, several options in range of $ 11.00 –19.99, some with shipping included. I would go with 20.00 since I needed it but not more than that. I ask about any discount and they did not offer any. I decided to order from Amazon. After all we all have the camera in the phones, tablet, I can live couple days without. I had no idea who would pay such price, maybe somebody with any other option f.e. they lost it and they leaving the same day for the breath taking safari tour and they need their camera so bad. Other than that… wouldn’t be more business wise and more honest to have those camera chargers affordable to the public than have them in stock, getting dusted on the shelf while waiting weeks, months for a desperate idiot? I was certeinly not going to be one. I orderd my charger on Amazon on Tuesday, for the price of 16.00, shipping included and have it on Friday already. I am posting that as a warning, please, verify pricing somewhere else before you step foot in that store. I am very dissapointed.

This place is great… they have every type of battery you could ever need. The only problem is the batteries have a different labeling system, but if you ask the guys that work there they can find exactly what you are looking for. In addition to weird batteries for watches, toys, hardware, they also have car/boat/truck batteries, and all different types of lights and cell phone batteries. Overall a small store with everything you can’t find in your average walmart or Target, including good customer service.

I really like this location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They’ve been able to provide me with some hard to find batteries.

Generally a good experience at this place. I went in to buy a battery for my key locks for my Toyota. Checked the website and discovered that the place wasn’t too far away. Also pulled up and printed a checklist on the website that had a UPC scan on the bottom that was good for 10% off. Was greeted shortly after stepping in. I noticed some light bulbs that I needed and asked about the price on them — there was a $ 6 rebate which brought the cost down to $ 2.99, so I picked some up. Asked about the batteries and the store staff showed me those — purchased two, which was exactly how many I needed — $ 3.99 each. OK, now for the«adventure»… I showed the staff person my 10% coupon which he said they would honor. My quick, «in-the head» math says 3+4+4 equals 11, less 10% is $ 9.90 plus tax, back to about $ 11 again. The bill prints out — $ 11.97 total. How??? He re-rings it — same outcome and shows me the receipt, which given the light print and absence of my reading glasses was not readable to me. He verbalizes it and refers to the 10% as «the discount» nothing else. Finally I gave in — for less than a dollar I wasn’t going to spend time agonizing over it, especially since I had saved boo-koo bucks vs taking the remotes to the dealership and buying them there. But, geeeesh! When I got home I looked at the receipt — part of the problem was that the scan was coming up as a «$ 1 discount» rather than a percentage off. The staffperson didn’t catch that and also seemed more dependent on what the register said rather than my common sense quick math — sadly this is not uncommon among people under 30. All that aside, the place is pretty good for battery type needs and there were plenty of staff people to assist customers so waiting was minimal.
