Chase Bank

People are waiting along time for the tellers. I was waiting for an account rep for a long time. The managers are chatting in a glass office and can see what’s going on and they clearly don’t care.

Working with Mr Selen is an exercise in patience. He was lackadaisical and incompetent throughout the process. He was ultimately the cause of my family being homeless for a day due to one of the many balls he dropped. The final nail in the coffin was screwed up paperwork about 12 hours before close. He didn’t even bother to come to closing or push every button he could to make things happen on closing day.
He showed early signs of incompetency but I forged ahead thinking I was doing myself a favor by sticking with Chase because I had already started the process. Lesson learned– transactions involving Mr Selen are painful, expensive, and take longer than expected.

Chase seems to be waging war against their customers. 6 peeple in line but only 1 teller. This location also lacks discretion. If you have a cash transaction they speak loudly about it.

I’ve been banking with Chase for over 5 years. I just had to run in and break a $ 20 like I always do at many other Chase locations. This young ethnic lady gave me the nastiest look and told me I had to swipe my card to prove I bank there considering I just used the ATM inside… From me being on the other side of the desk it was like she had to see how much I had in my account. That felt like shit. This bank is the closest Chase and I’ve went numerous times after to break change and every teller tells me I don’t need to show my card, ever. What a B. I also agree with other Unilocalers that they take forever to tell you «it will just be a moment» and no hello as well until after they take forever to tell you hold on and then take forever after that then finally you get to the counter and they say hello…

I will always be a fan of banking with Chase. But this location always seems to be in slow motion.
Teller at the drive through in the morning always has to be «buzzed» for service
I would hate to see this location remove its drive through as other chase locations seem to be doing but the pace definitely needs to be picked up here.

I live down the street from this branch so I occasionally go there when I have to. Usually I just do my banking while I’m out running errands so I can avoid going there however. They clearly don’t care about the interests of their customers and any attempt to fake a caring, customer service based atmosphere comes off as corporate and fake. Today wasn’t my worst experience there, but it was the final straw and I don’t anticipate returning. I waited in front of the teller counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. There was nobody behind the counter and two people sitting at desks that had no interest in getting up to help me out with a quick transaction. When I worked in banking we were always encouraged to greet customers, and if we were busy with something let them know that you’ll be with them in a minute. I plan on opening an account with PNC and taking my money elsewhere.

I love this place! Every time I walk in I feel like I’m walking in a relatives home. I was was going to do my routine deposit. An employee named Jose showed me how to deposit my money via atm machine. I had no clue you were able to deposit from the arm. Real nice people. A+

Yesterday Leti was kind enough to take the extra time out her day to schedule a meeting for me to come into the office for business matters. Leti offered and provided some great advice on how to manage my budget as well as ways to fix my credit so that I will be able to apply for a Chase business loan.
I just want you to know how much that she inspired me and how much it meant to me. This is a major reason why I will continue to be a loyal Chase Customer.

I don’t even know where to begin with how much grief Chase has given me over the years, but I actually do like this location. It’s one of the few with tellers who know what they’re doing and seem more human than drone.
This location is pretty easy to get to, and if you aren’t familiar with it, you might be familiar with it’s former incarnation, Brown’s Chicken. That’s right. It’s that Brown’s Chicken. The one where that mass murder happened. Yep. It’s now this Chase bank and for whatever reason it’s the least scary Chase location. Go figure.
My only suggestion is to offer a second ATM in the drive thru instead of 3 lanes where you can only operate through a teller and a tube and one just plain ATM.
