My transponder car and house keys «disappeared» while at church. Go figure! Went to Precision and wonderful Jane made me sets of house keys that actually worked (guessing we’ve all done the Home Depot thing)! Then I spoke with Mike who explained what he could do to reprogram the extra transponder key that I still had so that I wouldn’t have to worry about car theft. Got an appointment right away and the work was done right. Professionalism, expertise, and care is what Precision is all about. Blessings abound!

Had someone at my house within 15minutes. He opened my door (I had locked myself out) within seconds and the whole process went smoothly. As I told him, I hope to never need a locksmith again but if I do, I know who to call.

I have never been treated so poorly I was braided by the way I park my vehicle in his front parking lot. And yet he had no lines in his parking lot to tell you which way to park. Worst customer service ever and was not able to help me at all with the issue I had with my lock.

These guys were great. Had to change my locks on May 2. I took the cylinders out, and brought them in, and they did it while I waited. I compared them to other locksmiths I had used in the past (Active Lock in AH and Anderson in DP) and and their price was substantially less. Really glad I found them!

In the first snow of the year… locked myself out of the car with the engine running.
Called Michael and out he came in the snow — He was here in 20 minutes, in good cheer and did his work as a consummate professional.

We use Mike every time we have had anything done in the last 7 years. We have had our locks changed a couple of times, spare car keys made, and our safe lock changed. He is to the point, fast, and very reasonable with his prices. We love using him and highly recommend others to use him also.

When I thanked Michael Russell for his professionalism. He said that he was only doing his job. He did it very well! He opened a locked file cabinet and a sticky lock in a storm dorm for no extra charge. They were on time and the amount due was what was estimated. Thank you very much for doing your job very well!

We had a tricky backdoor that had a double keyed lock that was a fire hazard. We were told by others that it couldn’t be changed and if it could it would cost $ 300+. Called up these guys and they said no problem. They called to confirm our appointment on the day of, the Locksmith walked in, took one look at the lock and got right to work. About an hour later we have a safer lock that looks awesome and it was half the price of what we were quoted in the past. Awesome all around! No nonsense and fair prices! We will definitely be using them again in the future. You won’t be sorry!

Awesome lock smith! Super friendly! I came here because I had to lock up a case before the would allow me to check it at the air port and once I got home I could not open it. I went in there and the guy at the front asked how he could help, I showed him the problem, he has it open with in 10 seconds. I asked him how much and he said just spread a good word about us and that is all I ask. So thanks again Precision!

Percision did a good job on a replacement car key. You need to know this business, because they are more convenient and cheaper then the dealer. Use them.

These guys are great! I needed my car ignition key changed. They quoted me a very reasonable price and came out at the exact time they promised. Very reliable and professional. I highly reccomend them!
