Everytime I call to get an estimate I get an automated answering machine wanting me to leave a message. Is there no one in the office? Not a good way to run a business, in my opinion

The ProTidy staff has been cleaning my home every other week for a little over a year. Becky has been «my» cleaner for sometime. She always does an excellent job, and takes care of any special requests I had for the week. ProTidy is the most consistently thorough, responsive, and proactive cleaning service I have ever used. They are great about dealing with special circumstances (came early when the water in my neighborhood was being shut off for a day) and contacting me if any questions arise while the cleaning person is on-​site.
