I think this location is very good. I only have concerns that the advertising says first month $ 1.00 but then they have restrictions or less units so then they only give you 50% off the first month’s rent. Mike B. was personable and helpful no complaints. Easy check-​in process though you have to sign many, many documents.

Just got off the phone with Hillary at this location. She literally could not have been nicer!
Planning a long distance move from San Francisco to Palatine area and I’ve been researching storage facilities to house all of our crap while we look for a permanent home. It’s been tough to coordinate all the logistics of the move with not knowing the exact date the truck will arrive, needing to leave trailer overnight (we’re using ABF who was awesome for our last move, but same-​day pickup of trailer is hard to get), etc. I called the corporate reservations but I asked to speak to the local property manager so I was certain there wouldn’t be anything lost in translation.
Hillary was so sweet and helped me choose a unit that would be close to where the trailer will be dropped and was even helpful in making sure I get the best price. I truly didn’t expect this process to be so easy!
