Inconsistent with cuts. Ask for same style and the stylist did not listen and did what she wanted. So busy socializing with other stylists and customers walking by does not listen to who is in chair. Stylist I had right by the window was so impressed with herself. Few times color was horrible and had to have redone and said for no charge cuz their error and then still tried to charge
Gave her a chance a few times and had to find somewhere else. And very pricey

For some reason ¥€lp. keeps putting my Salon Elite review on «not recommended». I am not sure why so I asked a gent from ¥€lp and he treated me like a second class citizen. I did not appreciate this, it made me feel like my opinion didn’t matter but everyone else’s does. All I wanted to do was explain how great the service is here that I get once a month as a male with low self esteem I am always made to feel great about myself just with a haircut done by a wonderful young lady who has amazing skillz. I feel ¥€lp only wants me to put negative comments so I will. If you spend your life looking at ¥€lp and some app on your phone defines how you spend your money your to Dependant on the little things on life and need a little independence in your life. Why do you care who had crappy service and who had great service what did you do in the 90’s when no one had reviews? You went out and experimented. Its called Living! So if I want great service and a great haircut come here, if you want negative opinions keep this app.

I have been searching for places to get a good Brazilian wax with hard wax. This place is excellent, clean, and professional. The prices are pretty good, too.
I have also been here for a manicure. Claire is the best! This winter, they are running a special for $ 13/​manicure. All of their manicure staff is friendly (Jackie has done my nails, too), and they have late hours for after work and on weekends. I have never had a problem getting an appointment.

Would not recommend them for hair cuts. Went to one of their «master» stylists and was very disappointed. The sides of my hair are completely different even after going back to get it fixed. But she sure was interested in selling me lots of product to use on my hair!

I had written about Laura for Spa Martinique but she works here now. I go to her for waxing and facials. Does the BEST job. I followed her when she left her old place she is that good.

My daughter just loves this place. They cut and style her hair just the way she likes. She’s young and they keep the talking appropriate.

I went here for a no-​chip mani and pedi. The woman who did my no-​chip french mani did a really nice job. Looked great! Pedicure was okay. They do not have massaging/​heated pedi chairs. I would go back for a no-​chip mani, but not for a pedi. Seemed I had to stand at the check-​out counter for a long time before anyone acknowledged me standing there. This seems to be an American run salon which was nice that people could understand me and I could understand them. They had complimentary bagels which was great! All-​in-​all, experience was OK. I know the Manager is willing to fix anything if you did not like it.

I just had a brazilian wax there yesterday and let me tell you, it was the worst experience ever. I know they’re supposed to be painful but I’ve had these before and this was the worst. Basically I felt like my skin was getting ripped off and they kept waxing the same RAW portion of skin to pick up like 2 – 3 hairs. That’s what tweezers are for people! Anyways, I have PATCHES of hair remaining along with the appearance of ingrown hairs ALREADY (this part was instant, believe me I know this didn’t seem right).
I will never go back there and I suggest others stay away too. If you want a good wax, splurg for a good one at Bliss or somewhere else.

Had a haircut and facial there several times. Stylist who cut my hair was good but usually ran late. Facials were good but the skin products were nothing special. Nice salon but nothing fantastic about the service except one person who gives a great shampoo massage.

I heard about them because of some marketing through craigslist. They had an awesome special going for $ 55 which included a massage, manicure, facial and a hair cut.
Overall I had a good experience, but the service definitely felt rushed. Definitely more so on the part of the lady who was doing the facial and the massage. I would definitely not go back here for a massage since they person did not even ask about if I had any problem areas and just slathered tons on oil during the massage.
All the other people were informed and very courteous. Definitely a busy place and I would recommend only going here with an appointment.
