Dr. Hillesheim’s staff is super friendly, the office is clean and comfortable. He does great work explains the process and always has a smile. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

my folks were loyal patients of dr hillesheim for nearly 30 years. they recommended him to many of their family members and friends.
on her last visit, my mother commented/​complained to the front desk girl that their new hygienist had not looked at several of her teeth. shortly after this visit, dr. hillesheim sent a letter saying he no longer wished for my parents to return (no reason given) and they could keep their check. my dad re-​sent their check and asked for an explanation – none was given. that behavior of dr. hillesheim was crappy, haughty and at the very least, totally undignified. he could not man up to the minimal extent to even speak with my dad, even though our family had been going to him loyally for many decades.
i’m sure most people who go here will see the good side that my folks did for many years… but i wanted to let you know that there is evil beneath the surface. :)

Be careful of costs! It appears that the cost of a common procedure is arbitrarily determined by the dentist day by day and patient by patient. I was charged a total of $ 40.00 for two whitening trays. I lost one of the trays and was told by the dentist (who apparently forgot he had charged me only $ 40.00 for both trays two weeks earlier), it would cost $ 50.00 for just the one tray. When reminded that he initially charged me $ 40.00 for both trays, he quickly responded with «That was the discount price. » I assured him I would not return if he insisted on the $ 50.00 as his final price. Needless to say, he’s all about the greed! Patients clearly do not come first. Great receptionist, great dental technician, but the dentist… not so much. Be very weery!
