This is the best location to get a phone. They are very helpful and do a great job. They are the fastest of all the tmobile stores i have been too. They are educated on their phones and you don’t have to guess at what’s the best phone for you because they know their stuff. I’m not sure what the others are referring too, however i do know that there is an other store in the area that likes to smear this store. Its such a shae because they should be working together.

DONOT go here. This is the BOTTOM of the T-Mobile non company owned franchises. We made the mistake of answering a «free Phone» deal here. We should have realized we had made a mistake when we pulled into an almost abandoned mall with an empty parking lot. I would NOT be there at night, don’t be there at all though. The Manager will never be around to help straighten out any problem you have here. Go to the Lake Zurich store on Rand rd, they fix these non company franchisees messes. We exchanged out their bait & switch phones there. There are no «free phone» deals. When you get here they will not have whatever phone the said they had, but they will have an Alacatel, or some LG phone you’ve never heard of. And they will charge you $ 50 a phone to return it when it constantly freezes up. NOFREE14 day return. T-Mobile is ok, this place is not.

I want to be clear this is for the store in general not the company. I came in for the first time on February 26th2015 for the first time to get a cell phone with no contract and for my first smart phone. After finally getting one of 4 workers to help me with no one else in the building i decided to get an lg phone. Been a long time since i went into a cell phone provider so i didnt know what to do or expect. The guy helping me said ok lets do a credit check and if you pass you can basically pay less down on phone and post pay the plan. I agree. A fax comes in and he says i was APPROVED. After he says how much i have to pay i say ok than il pay more than that just to get it over with. I pay he sets up phone and i leave… the next day or two i go in after receiving my first bill because it states i failed credit check which is insane btw and that what i paid him was for the month coming up and part of phone and would pay rest of phone gradually. When in the store of course the guy i did the transaction with is not their just my luck and the guy that is acts like im crazy and there is no way somebody would lie saying i passed the check. Not only that but this guy gives me a free sim card which i dont need and im sure tmobile is happy about and set me up for the wrong plan. The guy that second time in was acting like he was angry i had a question or that i was concerned i had been screwed over in my first visit. Basically the workers there for the most part are rude and mean if you disagree or have a question. They close early all the time like they hate making money and most of them are not knowledgeable about the phones. They just shove them at you say bye and dont come for help ever. Its sad because i had high hopes but i guess you have to question everything and everyone before you buy. Btw tmobile customer service was no help resolving the issue. Go to another place that has helpful workers who arent bogus. One good thing is that they dont have contracts…

Also had quite a negative experience with this store. I use a t-mobile prepaid package for a couple of years. Wanted to switch to a contract for the the same money, if possible. The worker assured me that they have a contract for the same amount of money i pay now. He repeated like a dozen times that there will be no increase in my bill, etc. But i need to buy a new sim and activate it. He printed the paperwork for me. I took it home as well as a new sim. After reading the paperwork carefully i noticed that the contract they he offered will cost me 35 over my current bill for practically same services. I went back to the store to cancel the contract and return the sim. I did not even open it. In a month i got a call from t-mobile saying that i owe them 499 bucks(it appeared that i had to make a deposit of 499 according to the contract to activate it). I did not use the service for a second, i did not open the sim package even and had to pay 499 for god knows what. It took a lot of time and calls to customer service to make my balace 0 again. In plain words — i feel like i was cheated there.

I was a new costumer here, first time having this company. I went in to get the 2 lines for $ 100 plan. Every thing went well. I went to get a credit check to see if I qualify. The lady(Jenny) was having a conversation her co worker manny while checking my credit. I did not feel comfortable having my social in front of the guy because he was staring at it while talking to Jenny. He disappeared and never came back. I got the plan. Once I got home opened the iPhone, I noticed I was not able to call nor use the Internet. The following day I went in and they said they forgot to activate the SIM card. I do NOT recommend this place. Only if you have a lot of time hang time. Really really bad service. They do not even look presentable.
