I recently came into possession of an old violin that had spent over four decades unused and broken. During that time it had been stored in an attic and a crawl space. It has sentimental value so I couldn’t bear seeing it in pieces. Karen, who works there, was very helpful in answering my questions and describing my options for having it repaired. I left it there and it was ready to pick up the next day. The cost for having the work done was more than reasonable and professional. Karen was very helpful with my additional questions and helped me select a new bow along with a good instructional book. This is a friendly place that you will certainly want to visit for any of your string instrument needs.

Nice inventory, outstanding staff.
I was in a hurry to get a basic book. The staff was eager to help, and practically ran to get the item for me. The prices were very good, and the store had some really interesting instrument cases in stock. I intend to go back and shop for one.
I was asked a few questions about my instrument and skill level. One of the staff offered to help me learn more along the way via hand-selected sheet music.
If you are in the area, in a hurry, (or just browsing) for sheet music, books, instruments, or whatnot, stop in.
The actual store is very hard, if not impossible to find from the street, so be sure to remember they are next to the chineese buffet.
