I had a great experience. I am a 25 year old male and this was my first colon cleanse. Nervous was the feeling going in. But I had heard/​read how important colon cleanses are so I gave it a shot. What a great experience. Olga was warm, knowledgeable and genuinely cared. The system allowed you to see what was exiting your body, as Olga explained what it was. Got more information and inspiration about my health then I generally do at most doctors I’ve been to. I will be going back! Give it a shot and leave a review, she deserves it!

Simply amazing experience! I found out about Z Colon Health thanks to Groupon. I had just purchased a colonic to be done on the North side of Chicago, and I saw this one afterwards and decided to purchase it since Palatine is closer to my house. I first went to the place on the North side of Chicago, which uses an open system. What this means is you are in the room alone getting water pumped into you and you are pushing to flush the water out of you. This colonic did not do very much for me in terms of benefits. I felt a little better, but not enough to want to go back.
One week later I set up an appointment with Olga, owner of Z Colon Health. She told me over the phone she used a closed system and explained that she would stay with me 100% of the time. At first this didn’t sound very appealing. Why would I want someone in the room with me while I am pooping all over the place?! But I had purchased the Groupon so I went for it. I walked in and I was nervous and hesitant. But the minute I met Olga I felt comfortable. She has a very calm and inviting personality. She showed me the equipment, then had me undress from the waist down and lay on a bed with a towel over me and a pillow at my head so I would be comfortable. Then she walked in, asked me to lay on my left side while she inserted the a metal-​type piece into my rectum. This took maybe 5 – 10 seconds (so fast). Then I laid back on my back and I was completely covered with a towel. At this point she turns the water on and your colon gets full of water. Once you are full you let Olga know (she can tell as well) and she turns the water off, and out comes all the gross stuff from your body into a clear tube that is attached to the rectum piece inside you. It is amazing to see what comes out! While the water is leaving your colon she massages your colon using her hand and a little oil on your abdomen. This is amazing because she can actually feel where you have stool stuck in your colon. While she is doing this, you can actually see and feel the difference. You can see gross mucus, toxins, old/​decades old stool pieces coming out. SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Then, after she removes all the pumped in water from you she repeats the process several more times.
What I liked more about this system versus the open system I did the week prior was there was no smell, no real sounds except for the gurgling of the water inside you. You also don’t have to push because the machine and Olga do all the work. It is much more effective and a much more comfortable experience. After my experience, I bought a package of colonics from Olga because I plan to go back several more times to heal my body from the years of damage the food, environment, medication, alcohol, etc. did.
What else was great about the experience is as the old toxins, poop, etc. is coming out of your body Olga explains to you what she is seeing. She can see Candida buildup being flushed out, mucus, toxins, etc. She knows exactly the pressure points, etc. to massage to get all the gross stuff out!!! I cannot even put into words how much better I felt after I left!
A few weeks prior to doing any colonics I have been doing a «liver, bowl and kidney cleanse» for 3 months!!! To see what still came out of me was insane! I never expected it.
I do not typically write reviews, but I wanted to for this experience because it was a wonderful, life changing experience for me!
