Leta and Company

I went to Leta’s on the recommendation of a friend. I had been cutting myown hair and was in desperate need of some style. I didn’t really know what I wanted done, but Jaime cut it in a nice style for me that I was very happy with. The price was right, too. I will definitely go back.

I just moved to the area and don’t know anyone here so I didn’t have a recommendation to go by. I usually get my hair cut at a non-​salon, fast cut kind of place because usually I just get the same old same old which is a a basic trim of my long, very thick hair.
This time however I decided to go drastic and get it all cut off. I looked here on Unilocal and there wasn’t much to choose from because apparently Palatkans have not really discovered the age of the internet. There was one five star rating for Leta’s and so I decided to call and see what was up. The woman who answered the phone was super nice and very patient and helpful when I asked her if they could look up a celebrity style. The pricing for the cuts seemed very reasonable and they took walk-​ins.
Later today, I walked in and they remembered my call and before I knew it I was getting a wonderful wash from Ida who spared no product and gave me a lovely massage in the process! She finished me up and escorted me to Holly’s station where I was promptly shown some pictures on her notebook of the celebrity in question and she quickly got to work on my hair. Before I knew it, I had the cutest darn style I have had in years! I just love it and I loved the service and the people in the salon. So companionable and kind and great conversation.
I am pleased to say that I have found my new salon here in Florida and that I will look forward to going there again and again. They have a full menu of services and I plan on having the pedicure next time I’m in there too. I was out the door with a shampoo, cut and blow dry/​style for $ 50.00 including the tips! Go, you won’t be sorry.
