I am, well, was a long time customer of this business, guessing 10 years. While on a trip I lost my glasses. When I requested info to order another pair so i would have them when i get home I got a real taste of their customer no service. I was told due to liability issues that the information I requested would not be provided. I was also told no optician would release this information. I called Wright Eye Care in Kingsland Ga., whom had checked my eyes in the past and they provided the information and saved the day. I have never had an issue with St. Johns… but, this was the first time I ask them for anything. NO Customer service unless you buy from them. I now know where I will go from now on. Best of luck, loyal customer no more.
