Hands down the rudest and most disrespectful contractor I’ve ever met. He came to my home to give us a comp on a bid for a PG&E claim and didn’t announce his presence on my property, began attempting to do work on my concrete without my permission and when questioned about it he was extremely condescending, argumentative, insulting and rude. He hung up with whomever he was on the phone with by saying «I have an owner here I need to go deal with» and rolled his eyes. He didn’t give me a chance to even speak, ignored my concerns and treated me with utter disrespect.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Ever. I’ve worked with multiple exterior contractors including other concrete contractors and have never had an experience like this before. I wouldn’t hire this man for anything! Ever.
Additionally, the treatment he recommended for the damage pg&e created is the wrong treatment and has been reported by better contractors that his «solution» would only make the problem worse.
If you want a GOOD concrete person, hire BK Custom concrete and stay away from this sexist, rude, unprofessional person.
