Lets just get this out of the way now. Anyone who is local to this area(GJ, Palisade, Fruita) knows that this isn’t a place to get a good drink… its THE place to get a good drink. And by good drink, I mean world class imbibing. I have been here dozens of times, and I can’t stop coming back. This place is amazing on so many levels, this review will never do it justice. There is just a vibe that this place puts off, nothing is more comfortable when enjoying a drink. And those drinks… wow…no matter your preference in liquor, you can’t go wrong. They can make anything you want, or order off the menu. Ask to see the«old menu» if you want more variety. And no matter what, try the Bloody Mary. Its not just the best around. Its the best I’ve ever had, anywhere. Ask for a spicy one. You will not regret it. Also, the Goat Ricky is fantastic, and recommended. Cool evenings out on the patio, around the fire pit, drink in hand… not many better ways to spend leisure time. I would award this place six stars if it was possible. Get. In. Here.

I am almost embarrassed to say how much I love this place. I like beer and wine and have never been much into hard liquor or cocktails. But, I guess that is changing. First, the place has a great vibe — I don’t care what age you are. It is relaxed but has a good energy. I’d say it can be what you want it to be. In the winter, the inside is a comfy dark cave(in a good way) and on a temperate winter day, you can sit outside by the firepit and pretend you are at a skiing lodge. In the summer — the place hums. Nice outdoor seating with hop vines shading you nicely. I love savory, so the much hyped Bloody Mary(with the spicy Goat Vodka) is right up my alley. But, I recently had the jam cocktail — you pick your home-made jam and liquor of choice. The peach jam and bourbon sounded like a match made in heaven — someone else’s heaven. Bourbon is not my hooch. But, I do like gin. So I had the plum-habenero jam with gin. Superb. Not too sweet(though they will make it as sweet as you want) and just a tingle of hot. Loved it. I have also had some of their chalkboard specials made with local cider. There are pretzels to munch on — but they don’t sell food here. There is a great little food truck right outside, though. Peach Tree Eatery will deliver inside the distillery and has(right now) a Mexican menu. Check out their listing. Here is a BIG tip — book one of the tours of the distillery. You will get a thorough and fun tour of the whole operation. Zac gave us our tour and was warm and knowledgeable. We had a great time and learned a lot and loved sampling after!

Zack was at the tasting table and was great. The brandy and bourbon was enjoyed. We sat outside afterward and had garlic park fries from the food truck.

The bloody here is no joke, we pretty much didn’t remember much after. Since most of the wineries in the area close at 5−6PM, this place takes off right after with all the tipsy wine tasters looking for more booze. The crowd was young, the outdoor patio came with sweet view, and. It’s is stumble distance to the brewery.

For Vodka, Gin or Bourbon lovers, this place is an absolute must. Order the Goat Pepper Bloody Mary and you’ll leave the place a whole new person. This place is a hidden gem for true drink lovers.

I’ve landed on a 5! Kimla’s Bloody Mary is competition for a #bobbyflaythrowdown. We came because the recommendations were consistent. We tried. We loved. When in Grand Junction, be sure to build in a visit to Peach Street Distillers. This note — from a Jersey girl…

Goat vodka. Order it, drink it, eat it if you can. This might be the main reason I will miss Colorado. Does that make me an alcoholic? Kidding. This place has a really neat feel to it and is never too crowded, at least in my experience. They don’t have a kitchen, but there is a food truck out front that will make you the best Monte Cristo you’ve ever out in your face. I’ve also tried the tequila and the bourbon… both of which are good and full of flavor. They just aren’t the Goat, though. I will be ordering more once my supply runs out!

They have the best bloody Mary’s. Every time we are in Grand Junction we make it a point to go here. It’s as if you’re having a small salad with your drink. I love the spicy one the best. The patio is relaxing. They do have a food truck there at certain times which is new since we were there last.

This place is great! My wife and I visited while on a long road trip during which we visited lots of wineries, breweries, and distilleries in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. Our hostess was very friendly and generous and even though I had read a lot about their products before our visit, she shared a lot of additional information with us. The spirits were great; my wife hates gin but we had to buy some here because she actually liked it here. The peach and pear brandies were great too. Some people were annoyed about the fruit flies, but they’re understandable and hard to avoid considering each bottle of peach brandy comprises 28lbs of peaches. The bourbon was smooth and the agave products were pretty unique too. I highly recommend this place and I’ll happily return when I’m in this area again.

Best bloody you will ever have in your life. Order it spicy, it gives the bloody an extra, killer kick.

Loved the Bloody Mary here! Drinks are strong so drink with caution, lol! They make their own gin, vodka tequila, bourbon and some other spirits. I only had one drink but I would definitely go back. All drinks are made from scratch

The Jackelope & Jenny Pear Gin… Oh goodness — how many stars can one give? If I only ever went back to the Western Slope of Colorado for one thing… this would be it! Smooth with a lovely hint of pear. Makes great cocktails; just with tonic and a slice, or heck, even on it’s own! Just to clarify… the regular Jackelope Gin was also fab, but the fact that I already have a couple of bottles of Bombay on the shelf kinda put the kybosh on that. Maybe next time.

Stopped by one day after checking out Pallisade Brewery and met their super friendly, very knowledgable staff. Josh chatted with us all about some of Eastern European-inspired spirits they had and gave us a great history of the distillery and Pallisade. So glad we stopped by! We’ll definitely bring our visiting friends there.

There are many original cocktails including root beer and whiskey, or jalapeño and watermelon mojitos. Prices are decent. Anout average. You can do a free tour till I believe six. Elise gave us ours and was very informative, not to mention sje has her master’s in alcohol(gastology or something like that) Kids can not . not sure if that is always or just a certain time. There is also a brewery next door so it is an awesome location.

Recently visited this distillery with family and friends and it was one of the highlights of my time in the GJ area. The atmosphere and drinks were incredible. We had a Tom Collins, The Elixir, and a Martini-all were splendid. We loved sitting on the patio to the side of the building which was partially shaded by vines. Great atmosphere, great drinks, and great company… tres si.

A variety of excellent spirits, with both a tasting room and a bar. The gin and Agave Extra were particularly good. Make this the last stop on you alcohol tour of Grand Junction, as you will pretty much be done by the time you leave. Would definitely revisit, and will look up their products back home.

My love for Peach Street Distillery cannot be overstated. It’s such a wonderful little place. A great patio, a lively & fun interior with some ridiculously creative cocktails, plus tours and samples and giant knock-you-on-your-butt drinks in mason jars served by pretty fun and cool folk. When you go, try samples. They’re plentiful and delicious. Make sure your DD tries the root beer. Oh, make sure you have a DD if you ever come here. After the samples, grab yourself a comically large mason jar filled with booze and other things to enjoy outside on the patio with your friends. Or any of the other people around who will soon become your friends because you’ll all be extra-friendly inside of 10 sips. It’s fun, the things they make are tremendous, it’s a lively little atmosphere, and you can’t pass up delicious locally hand-crafted spirits. Mmmmm, hand-crafted ghosts.

Loved the Bloody Mary with lots of delicious pickled vegetables, including okra! D’Agave with ginger and lime not so good — too sweet. Nice big outdoor area to enjoy the sunset.

The spirits here are very good. However, if I’m in the mood to mix my bourbon(yes, mine because I paid for it) I will. The bartender says he can’t do that but he can give me separate cups. Whatever. We have literally over 60 bottles of bourbon, whiskey or scotch from all over and yet sometimes I just wanted some damn coke in it. sheesh. I can(and do) drink bourbon straight. This was a very hot day in September and I didn’t care for being made to feel disrespectful just for wanting a cold whiskey beverage. Anyway… that was pretty much how I felt before the lovely spirits lightened my mood right up. After trying the dirty martini, I wanted to go back to mixing my own. Their drinks are crazy strong. So, order the bourbon and a coke on the side. Every drink I ordered that they mixed was insanely strong. Which I am not complaining about.
