This place is awesome. When I first started I wasn’t too excited about it with the heat and all, especially because I sweat easily. After a few months I now love yoga and sweating is great, I feel clean. The instructors are wonderful and there are classes in the morning and evening. In just a few months I have seen much improvement. Will be coming here as long as I live in the area.

After years of being spoiled by phenomenal yoga classes in NYC, I’ve finally found a comparable studio in North Jersey. I had my first class with Melissa, and I must say she runs a tight ship. Her class is simultaneously engaging, challenging and soothing at the same time. The staff there is very sweet and helpful, especially Hanuman, their resident yoga pooch. Their Basics class is perfect for someone just starting out, and their Level I class is great for people who are looking for a more relaxing class. Watch out for their Mixed Levels, because holy smokes, it’ll defintely make you break a sweat. I like how the instructors actually give instruction by talking you through asanas and making adjustments. Definitely found my new favorite yoga studio.

Really nice yoga studio, much better than I expected. The owners are really nice and friendly, and the instructors are quite good. Casual vibe but you can definitely work hard and improve if you follow the instructor. The right balance between relaxing and pushing yourself too hard. Will continue to go!

People laugh when I tell them that I do YOGA! Yes. I do YoGA and it’s awesome! My younger sister introduced me to this place back in 2010 when she thought that I can use some mind, body and soul type of exercise. Yeah. try going to class full of women and have to stare at their ass in awkward positions. so I run all the to the front and take the first row to the right so that my view is not obstructed. Anyways, I found my place going back and even brought many others via introductions because it feels like«home»… from the instructors to the students, we are all bunch of characters in a small sitcom called«Yoga in K-town». There is a militant instructor who might think this is actually a break dance class than yoga. Thanks girl you work me hard! A little«moaner» who might confuse this as some«sexercise». ah ~~ woo ~~ um ~~… korean ajummas who always mistake my sister for my girlfriend(shaking head side to side). not good. not good… More than anything, I benefit from solid instructions and helpful staff who keeps me in the right path of «Om ~~~~ shanti shanti shanti ~~~~~!»
