Don’t you hate it when a business doesn’t disclose all of their fees?
Just know that if you try to cancel an airline ticket, Yoo Travel will charge an additional $ 30 per ticket plus the cancellation fee charged by the airline. For whatever reason, you’re told about the airline cancellation fee but not the $ 30 agency fee. They avoid telling their customers about this fee until they want their money back. Seems a bit underhanded and possibly illegal. I’ll take my future business elsewhere.
