not much to say about Carrabba’s. Get exactly what you’d expect from this type of restaurant. The food is always on point and good. Service is ok, seems like every time we come here we are sat in the back and our server forget about us. Bathrooms are clean which is always a plus. Dining room is also clean. The wait time is usually pretty short and acceptable.

I like Carrabba’s it’s kind of fast food like, with the 20% discount. It’s a good deal. We try it in the past 5 years and it still good.

We have avoided Carraba’s for a few years because of menu changes and decline in quality. recently we paid a visit at off-hours(2:30PM). Ten minutes into waiting to be seated, and after my husband in a loud voice announced he was going to count to ten and then leave, someone appeared miraculously. I remembered their great pizzas, so a ordered an item I had not had before: Prosciutto and arugula pizza. I am not hard to please, really. As I told the waitress, this item was a sorry excuse for a pizza. No gooey cheese anywhere. Just a dry crust with fresh arugula. I could not find any prosciutto to speak off. It might have been there, but not on the one piece I ate. The remainder went back. The waitress was more than okay with my remarks and there was no issue about being charged for this item. Yeah, I know this is just one item on the menu. My husband did not like his dish much either(spaghetti and meatballs). He had to order an extra meatball. There was a nasty, musty smell in the place and we determined it was probably the rug, which obviously need at least a good cleaning, if not replacement. Carraba’s is off the list for good.

Carrabba’s has a(for the most part) nice atmosphere and décor, but it can get quite loud. A strange thing that I noticed was that they had no drink coasters. They also had small appetizers plates that you could barely fit a chicken wings on! The most important thing I encountered was the Mozzarella sticks, or rather the lack of! They also don’t have a lot of appetizers to choose from. So if you love having a variety of appetizers, don’t come here! Another thing is the lack of different soups, but that’s a whole other story. Fellow spice intolerants beware! I ordered the sausage and lintel soup and let’s just say I had to eat 2 pieces of bread with it just to lessen the heat. I can still feel it on my tongue as I type. The soup was delicious none the less! I have a joke for you. Knock Knock. Who’s there? Not. Not who? Not the waitress with my food. The food takes a while, but that’s to be expected. I ordered the Fettuccine Carrabba with nothing but pasta and chicken. It was hearty and delicious! Not bad Carrabba’s, not bad at all…

Well at least the food smelled good from the waiting area. 60 minutes into a 15 – 20 minute wait, according to the hostess, we left. Had we known it was going to be an hour we wouldn’t have waited. As we’re walking out the door a table magically becomes available. Note to self, avoid Carrabba’s on a Friday if you are more than a party of 2. I’m pretty sure I’ll be avoiding it on the other days too. An hour of containing hungry kids is too much.

I haven’t been here in a few years and decided to stop in. The hostess couldn’t be bothered to even look up at our party. She just came across rude. Our server didn’t come to our table for another 10 minutes, service was just all around bad. I won’t be back. Food costs have gone up, quality has gone down. Not surprised there was no wait for a table on a Saturday night, not like it used to be! Should have gone to Cheddars!

Was once good place-no problems. Of late. Perhaps new management? Raw chicken, then finally get the stomach up to try again, be positive, try to reset the place in my mind-express this concern-and my friend’s steak fillet comes out with a lot of gristle on top, he cuts in it and it is red(I don’t eat steak but it did not look like any medium well I have ever seen). The chicken was drowned in butter sauce missing part of the proper topping-nervously, I cut into the smallest part which should show no pink or reddish chicken-especially to someone you tried to feed raw chicken to previously. The low light and the drenched butter sauce-and seeing this color worried me, bringing back the memories and the my dinner companions was awful — so will not return. They made it evident that«it is up to our standards». What about the customers’ standards? Vero location much better.

Four stars just for the cooks on the line by the pasta bar. There was a dough issue and the new pizza cook kept his calm like a pro. His neighbor on the line bumps up the rating for personality and for being a team player, it made our meal! Sadly the Tag Pic Pac is gone but we had Prosciutto Arugula Pizza, Margherita Pizza(both good with substitute dough) and Tuscan Grilled Chicken(juicy and tender, yum!). Management was stressed which was stressful to be around but I give it to the line cooks, they rocked it and made our dining experience positive.

Even thought it’s a chain, the Vero Beach one consistently has great service(a rarity in this town). Worth a return visit.

I came here for lunch with my mom on a Sunday around 3pm. They were very accomdating to our schedule. We ended up stretching the time between appetizers and entrees while waiting for my stepdad to arrive. I got the amore Monday deal which had a few options to choose from for entrees. I got the shrimp and scallop pasta. And I also got to choose an appetizer or dessert. I decided to try the bruschetta caprese. We also ordered calamari and fried Zuchinni as well. The Zuchinni appetizer is my favorite. The strips just melt in your mouth. The calamari is also very good. The garlic aioli sauce that comes with the Zuchinni is good on both. The bruschetta caprese was delicious too. The caprese came in a jar layered with all the ingredients of caprese. It was good presentation and tasted great too. The pasta dishes we got were okay but I really enjoy their appetizers.

We had to wait extra long for our entrees. Apparently there was a mix-up with our plates. The manager came and explained this to us and told us that our entrees were comped. That was a very welcome surprise. The bread, appetizer, salad, wine and entrees were all delicious and I recommend people come here for good food and great service. I’ll be back.

I visited palm bay carrabbas for the first time. I haven’t been to a carrabbas in about 5 years. I worked there for a long time like2−3 years. I also remember going there as a kid. Carrabbas needs to get back to their past and away from what they are slowly becoming. The food was better and fresher overall when they became well known. chicken bryan was excellent; the new menu~ ehhhhnn. very poor selection of beer. wonderful atmosphere.

I live close to this place & my husband and I love to eat there I had one bad experience with the meat was not cooked well one time but it all has to do with the waitress so if you ever go there ask for Linda she’s close to the bar that’s where she serves she’s the best waitress she’s so friendly and nice and courteous and she likes to please her customers.

Too expensive for low quality Italian food. Noisy. Portions are cheesy. Will never return.

Went on a busy Fri night pre reserved table online. Waited in bar and was impressed with appetizer selection and that it was half off due to happy hour. Was seated promptly. Had steaks and pasta. Cooked perfectly. Will go again.

I come from and all Italian family from New Jersey and I am very critical about Italian food especially here in Florida. I absolutely hate chain restaurants and corporate food companies usually but I have to say that Carrabba’s is by far the best franchise/chain restaurant around. Always top quality food authentic and great atmosphere.

Of course it’s a chain, but the food was good, the waitstaff was prompt and courteous with our drinks never being empty. The atmosphere is family friendly and the price is right for a chain that serves Italian food.
