Great job! They were professional and and polite. They even called to tell us that they were running 10 minutes late. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

After viewing the great online customer feedback, I chose Linky’s to clean my entire home. We had an excellent experience and they exceeded every expectation. I appreciated the professionalism, excellent communication, and timeliness of their service. I also value a nice family owned and operated business. They cleaned my Berber carpets and tile/​grout to a like new finish. I highly recommend Linky’s for your home carpet and tile cleaning.

I found this company on Unilocal and saw that they were having a 10% promo and had great reviews. I had 4 companies that quoted similar pricing and well known with great reviews, but decided to give Linky’s a try since Christian seemed very knowledgeable and gave great customer service when I called to inquire. He was very detailed and polite. To top it off he did a great job on my mom’s carpet and removed all the stains and smell her rental had when she moved in. She was very pleased! Anything for mom ;) will be using then again maybe next time for my dad’s rental!

Did a good job on the carpets but water damaged our wood floors. When I called and when they arrived I explained our floors and built-​in cabinets butt up against the carpet. Even suggested they not clean the edges to avoid wicking. They assured me they had the necessary experience and equipment, including wands that eject minimal water.
But instead of pulling the hot-​water injector away from or parallel to the wood floor, they went over the edge, then towel-​dried the puddles. The next morning we discovered every edge in the living room and bedroom floors had swollen up where the wood met the carpet.
Despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee and advertising themselves as Water Damage Restoration experts, their response was to 1) politely imply they may not have caused the damage, and 2) text «We can only wait and hope that with time it will go down. [We have] had both outcomes, some pieces that have gone back to normal and some that have not.» Seems this is not the first time, yet they didn’t change procedures to avoid recurrence and insisted there was no risk.

Awesome company. We purchased a home in Palm Bay and moved here from across the country. Linky’s was recommended to us by our real Eatate agent and we were not disappointed! We thought we were going to have to immediately replace the carpet when we moved in but gave them a try. They did an excellent job and came back 2 times (at no additional charge I might add) to remove some stubborn stains. We no longer have to replace the carpet immediately! Thank you for saving our budget. Very reasonably priced and excellent work!!!

Linky’s is a company that completes the job when they say it will be done. Whenever a job is scheduled for a particular day and time, Linky’s has never missed a deadline.
It is such a pleasure knowing that carpet and tile cleaning is something I don’t have to worry about. Once Linky’s has the job, I can move on to other things. I have never had to have them go back because the new tenants weren’t satisfied or because they missed a spot.
