I went here for dinner with my husband and cousin and had horrible service. The three hostesses that were working on Sunday June19th should be fired. They were so rude when we approached the host stand requesting a table for 3 outside. She rudely asked if we had a reservation when not even half of their restaurant was filled. She then said they aren’t seating outside anymore when it was only 7pm. She say us at a table by the window when we then saw her sit people outside!!! We spoke to the Marketing Manager who was the MOD at the time who sat us outside, where we then sat for ten minutes waiting for a new server. We had a $ 100 tab, enjoyed the delicious dinner but still left with a sour taste in my mouth of what horrible service and poorly ran this restaurant is. Definitely not recommend.

I truly wish there were a 10 star rating for this restaurant. Absolutely delicious food and wonderful service as well. While in West Palm for a week, I ate at Brio almost everyday ! The happy hour is by far the best ! Excellent presentation and the«price is right»… All the servers were friendly and attentive. Thanks to all. Tina was a sweetheart and offered some great advice… Lindsay was wonderful, Keith, a great guy and, Savannah an excellent manager. I’ll return again when I’m in the area.

The outdoor seating area(looking onto the parking lot, but whatever) was the perfect setting to enjoy the excellent Mediterranean food as well as people-watch. We enjoyed all aspects of the meal — including a very tasty pasta with bolognese. Lovely service too. Hope to be back soon!

I’m saving the last star, just so Brio keeps up the good work! Food, drinks and service is great! HAPY hour menu is affordable and the drinks are poured nicely! Enjoy…

We come here a lot, tonight was the worst meal we have ever had. Gorgonzola beef tips were dry and tough, over cooked. The chicken Limone which is usually so good had way too much egg. The vegetables were the highlight of the meal. Very poor tonight

We just had a wonderful lunch and were very accommodating. They did not have antibacterial hand sanitizer in the restrooms and when we asked our server, she was kind enough to go into the kitchen and get some.

5 star service, atmosphere, food, drink, and all around experience with blue collar prices… how do they manage to do that? I love going to places like this and just people watching all the wealthy Jupiter folks… great people watching place. «Would you please pass the Grey Poupon?». Great Gluten free pasta dish w/Chicken that I could eat every day. The bread was delicious as well as the salads. Our server was very sweet and very professional. If you want to enjoy a fantastic meal in a great atmosphere then this is the place to go. Watching all the rich folks sitting up straight, holding their utensils just right w/the pinky positioned perfectly, monotone voices w/words and sentences as smooth as silk, the little shitzue’s, and a plastic surgeons gold mine… better then going to the Zoo and watching the Silver back Gorillas interact… all in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

We went for the happy hour. The beef carpaccio and shrimp with eggplant is the yummiest

We previously visited Brio and had a less than pleasant experience. Because if this we were contacted by the staff to discuss the issues that occurred and were given the opportunity to dine at the restaurant again. Tonight’s experience was night and day from our previous visit. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and wonderful. Bobby was such a joy to be around and his true passion for his position shows. The server was wonderful, though he was busy and there were some small missteps he apologized for the issues and took ownership of his mistakes which is so appreciated! The food was delicious as always. I can honestly say that my opinion of Brio has risen from our last experience and from all my experiences over the many years that I’ve been dining at this beautiful restaurant. The staff made us feel welcomed and like family. It’s difficult to get that warm feeling in a chain restaurant but we definitely felt it this evening. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit because they took the time to understand our issues, communicate with us and make up for the missteps from our previous experience. Bravo Brio, you’re back in my heart again and I’m loving it!

I love their brunch menu here, and the nice outdoor seating. A favorite brunch place.

Marginally decent food, horrid service. First time I’ve every been threatened by my waiter. Really, he challenged me to «meet him outside». Manager heard the waiter’s threat and comped the meal, but argued that we had provoked him. Only the second restaurant in my life that I’ve ever felt the need to tell the waiter that his service was horrible. So take away is, if you go, don’t complain to your waiter about bad service.

Greg our waiter was awesome!!! He was funny and honest. Let’s start off with that. We came here with my wife and my uncle for a celebratory dinner. We ordered the sweet potato, chick and risotto. Also we ordered the spinach dip along with the cod and the quinoa with chicken salad. Everything was good. No complaints. We had also ordered 3 soups. I had the lobster bisque, my wife ordered the wedding soup and my uncle ordered the minestrone. Everything was good. Wish their was more lobster. The dessert we had was the tiramisu and that was delicious. The 4 stars reflects the price. It’s a bit much for what we had ordered.

This used to be one of my favorite places but I was just here on Monday and my 3 yr olds kids chicken tender meal was served raw. Luckily I check/cut my child’s food before she eats it otherwise should could have become very ill. Even worse was that her meal was not automatically comp’d. They brought out a replacement meal that we didn’t ask for or want and wasn’t eaten, so I guess they thought they should charge us for it. Not only am I appalled that raw chicken came out to be served to a toddler, I am also extremely disappointed on how it was handled. I will say that the kitchen manager did come out and apologize, but would have expected the floor manager to stop by and the meal to be taken off — no questions asked. I won’t be eating here again.

Went on a Wednesday night and the place was packed! BBRG must really know how to bring in business since they are capacity at their restaurants even mid week. It took several minutes for them to seat us and even more time to get our drinks, just water. Our waitress was apologetic about the wait. She was working hard and seemed out of breath every time she visited our table, which was rare. They must need to hire more staff because there is no reason service should take this long for simple food. The ordered the Applewood Bacon and Tomato Jam Bruschetta for appetizer. The crust was crisp, jam slightly sweet, aragula fresh, and it could have used more bacon. It sufficed to delay extreme hunger from slow service. We requested for their bread/cracker basket twice. Again starving. Bread to ruin our dinner. I ordered the Pasta Pesto. The dish was light and I did not feel like I was eating pasta dish. The chicken was flavorless. Since I was full from bread, I took half of my dish home. Brio does well enough that they may not change their way of staffing their venue. Get more help, Brio of PBG. At least provide semi-decent service since the food is equivalent to the Italian food options in the frozen section of a grocery store.

Located right across from PF Changs and must try if you never have. Prices may be a little high but the food and service here is phenomenal. Again, a must try. I tried almost everything on the menu(yep, big bill later but worth the experience). The sea and land food are cooked with the right amount of flavor, there was nothing bad I could say, nothing I could say along the lines of «this was a bit too salty» or «not even flavor». Every flavor on every dish was really good. Kudos to the chefs, they know what they are doing. Food appearance really well done also. Food quality and cleanliness are over the top. Great for girls night, friends hanging out, even a date! It’s casual but still, I would dress nicely. Definitely don’t walk in with just your bathing suit and sandals.

So, in addition to being a charcuterie snob, I’m also a HUGE fan of carpaccio and Brio does it RIGHT!!! I always order the same thing because it’s literally the best one I’ve come across. My table mates are always amazed when the server brings this out and sets it in front of me… it makes a statement in more ways than one.

3 ½ stars. Made reservations for party of ten. Seated within 10 minutes of arrival. First thing you notice is the noise level. Forget about conversations with anyone other than the person right next to you. The restaurant is large and tastefully decorated. Very impressed that they had separate menus for the three gluten free diners in our group. Despite being packed our servers were cheerful and efficient. Never had to ask for water refills. My wedge sale with gorgonzola was average. Rave reviews about the chopped salad with feta. Entrée was the portabella mushroom ravioli. In fact, four of us had it. It was fantastic. Out of four of us that ordered it, a grand total of one ravioli was left behind. Others enjoyed their pasta entrees. My lady had the grilled salmon salad and loved it. No room for desert. Definitely not a date night place but a good option at Citiplace for groups.

My fiancée… Eeek… couldn’t have picked a more beautiful place to celebrate our engagement! We decided to sit at the bar and start with a bottle Estancia and absolutely amaaaazing beef carpaccio. The bartender was friendly and so attentive from. beginning to end! Followed with the wedge salad… Wow… Crisp and delicious ! Dinner we had the New Zealand lamb chops… Succulent and cooked to perfection! Chicken carbonara with gluten free pasta … Just awesome. The manager Jimmy came over and congratulated us and offered well wishes!!! We took two mini desserts togo which of course I snuck a taste right away… yummmmm. Thank you Brio for an HANDSDOWNOUTSTANDING experience to celebrate this momentous occasion!
