I was a new client to Estetica HAIR Salon but unfortunately on my 2nd appointment there I experienced terrible customer service from the receptionist and James. I made an appointment a week ago for a single process and blow and upon arriving they told me they were booked up and couldn’t accommodate me. They tried lying to me saying my appointment time was at 10:15 and then said 10:00 when indeed it was booked for 10:30. I was extremely disappointed especially since it was the day before my birthday and my roots were really gray. No one even tried to call me to reschedule and I wasted a drive there for nothing! If it was their scheduling error then they should’ve tried to accomodate me even if I’m the last client of the day! Instead they blew me off without even trying to make it right! They obviously don’t care or respect people or their time! The proper thing to do would’ve been to receive a call from the stylist later in the day apologizing for the confusion and at least offer me a free blow dry for another day for the inconvenience! So unprofessional!!!
