Had to stop by for the BOGO ice cream sale today for national ice cream day. Hoffman’s did not disappoint – they carry two of my favorite flavors… bear claw and Choc mint chip. Nothing better on a hot summer day, than an icy ice cream treat.

Fortunately, I love chocolate. Hence, the one star.
Unfortunately, I do not appreciate rude assistants. Yes, you! The one that told me twice, «I can’t hear you!» And yes, that was my husband and daughter with me! Even my daughter recognized the awkwardness. We (my daughter and I) have both worked in customer service positions and there are ways to tell someone that you are not able to hear them. I was not happy with this unfortunate assistant. Too bad I did not ask for her name.
Guess I shall not be returning. Nor will I be recommending the place to my friends.

Really good chocolate and great customer service! Came in here to buy 5 gifts and were very pleased by the selection and the beautiful baskets. I’ve already given one of the gifts and the recipient was very pleased.

Great Chocolate. Not knowing who they were, I came in for the first time with the small business Saturday promotion. Left happy knowing such an amazing place existed so close to my house. I won’t hesitate to come back!
