Changing to 4 stars as the store did the right thing. I took them up on their offer to redo the job and it seems to be working perfectly fine now with a clear screen like new. I think the issue they were encountering was the fact that my version of the phone was a non-​North American version so getting the right parts was a little harder. But in the end, they made things right!

We have had a cracked screen fixed there and were fairly happy with it. We went back to find out what was wrong with a supposedly water damaged phone, they couldn’t tell us for sure but still charged me $ 50. We were not very happy with it, so I Spoke to the owner and he made sure to refund me, since they usually only charge if they fix it. A Professional business for sure!!!

I brought in my iPad after I dropped it. It still worked, but the screen definitely needed to be replaced. The guy at the counter looked at it and did a test to see if the microphone worked. It did not so, for another $ 100 (best case scenario) they would replace this. It may be more, I was told, it depended on what they found when they took a better look. Now I was looking at a total bill of at least, $ 250. I thanked him and left… With my iPad and it’s broken screen. I got in my car and thought, let me try a hard reset. Guess what? It worked! The mic was fine! I ended up going to OneDayiRepair on Sandburys Way. I got $ 10 off for doing a checking on Unilocal,grand total was $ 130 for a new screen. Great news for me!

The iFixYouri team saved my phone! I was without my phone for a short time as they repaired my screen and case! Amy is the girl to talk to! She handled everything for me! Gone are the days of freaking out over my cracked screen and panicking over the cost of having to buy a whole new phone! Its great to know that this team is out there and able to help! I don’t usually leave reviews unless its a restaurant, but you really saved my butt!

So if you are just as talented as I am then something will happen with you iphone at some point… uhhh I don’t know maybe drop it in the toilet or something ueber intelligent like that. So I dropped it and I thought it was gone for good. In my mind I already arranged for a funeral for my first iphone ever. I added up the little money I had to figure out if I had the money to buy a new one as I was not eligible for an upgrade yet. So anyhow, I found this website
and they even have this funny description that goes something like this «dropped your iphone in the toilet?» Maaan I was relieved that I am obviously not the only who is so incredibly clumsy. I payed, 30 bucks and send it off. They emailed me as soon as they got the phone and kept me informed about everything they were doing. They ended up having to replace my battery which was an additional 50 dollars but then I got it back. Overall it was ⁸⁰⁄₉₀ bucks to get it fixed which is much better than paying hundreds of dollars for a new one.
about 2 – 3 weeks later I just received my phone again and it’s working amazing. I am not a geek so I don’t know what exactly it is they did and with which parts they replaced it. Honestly, I really don’t care. It is working and I am one happy camper again… Yes, It became obvious in those weeks how addicted I am to my smart phone… Yes, I am know I have a problem just like most other people in this world and No I will try to get help… at least not for now… why? because I have my phone back! :D

Being a geek I can safely say they are willing to overcharge and hack job your phones with 3^rd rate knock offs of replacement parts. The average person probably wouldn’t be able to tell… But it pissed me off to no end when I saw they were not using original apple parts.
