CAREFUL!!! this particular location as well as well as the entire company is shady shady SHADY. When I was told I had to trade in my 1−½ old Samsung as Metro was merging with TMobile, I did it and didn’t ask questions, in fact bought a new S6 Galaxy for $ 469. from the store. First of all, they did not erase the data from my old phone, secondly they then SOLD my phone to a person who was able to access my data, including bank accounts; That person then called one of my contacts and tried to extort money out of him for my phone and the data that was in it. Metro has Never accepted responsibility for this and continues to claim that the phone was returned {somewhere} for disposal. In the meantime, the person trying to extort money had called from a local phone number. A the store location, no one would give me the store owners information. At a corporate level, no one would give me numbers so that I could file a grievance. Even the people at Metro(corporate)) who were nice and«appalled» at what I had been through and told me they would help me… never called me again STAYAWAYFROMMETROPCSIFYOUDON“T WANTTOGETTAKENFOR A RIDE

I went there and need help with new SIM card. «Hose» he is the best employee, have the best customer service and doing more than I am expecting to help me with gps, internet and more. Also answer all question I need very well very professional. I will recommend everyone to go there. The best metro pcs ever.

Okay so T Mobile bought out metro pcs and nobody told us we had to change our autopay set up Auto Pay so now I have to find a metro pcs store and pay it there so I go to this one. I have two phone lines to businesses they tell me I have to pay $ 3 to pay for each phone. Rude attitude horrible customer service I will take my business elsewhere. It’s not about the money because I walked across the way to Sallys and bought $ 100 hot iron. Since this is a corporate change over I don’t think the customer should have to pay for that. This younger generation needs to learn what basic customer service is. Oh yes and let’s not forget they actually said if I didn’t want to pay the $ 3 I could drive all the way down to Lake Worth to the corporate store how nice is that of them
