I’m impressed. Maybe it’s the word fresh in the title making me think it’s somehow fresh or healthy. This was my first time trying this place and it was good. I ordered the chicken gyro. Very little chicken and pita is over filled with their white sauce. It tastes good. They did have other stuff I would like to try like the orzo salad, beet salad and tabuloeh. Located in the mall food court.

We expected to find Ollo at Olli but instead we found Salad creations. The food was mediocre at best. I wouldn’t come back.

Mall food, plain and simple, at mall food prices. I had the gyro and there was absolutely nothing special about it. I asked about a couple of menu items and couldn’t even hear the girl behind the counter. How about point at a picture or one of the sample platters on display? She truly didn’t look interested in making sure I heard or understood. This is one of the few times Unilocal has let me down.

YES!!! A Mediterranean food place that rocks in a mall food court! I would go to the Palm Beach Gardens Mall just to get my Gyro fix. I’ve mentioned before. I grew up in a NYC neighborhood whose Greek population was the largest outside Athens. So for me, it’s very difficult to enjoy Greek food just anywhere. A big tell for me… the Tzaziki… Here it’s spot on! Creamy, tart, just the right amount of dill and garlic. And REAL Gyro meat. Not the preshaped stuff you get served in a lot of place. This is shaved off the spit after you place your order. Lovely, lovely, lovely… I’m kinda craving one right now…

I made the trek north to the Palm Beach Gardens mall to visit H&M… Oh, the things I do to avoid Aventura. Anyway, after my mini shopping spree, I decided to venture to the food court, and chose this place for lack of any better options. What a surprise this was! I wasn’t too hungry, so I just asked for a side of the falafel(three pieces) and a pita, with a little cup of tzatziki. Once at my table, I made mini sandwiches for myself, and was amazed at the quality of the food. The tzatziki is flat-out fantastic. I frequent a wonderful little Greek restaurant in Broward, and no one has ever come close to their cooking until Ollo Fresh… of all things, a food court establishment! The pita was hot, delicious and homemade — definitely not something from a plastic bag. The falafel was cooked perfectly(not underdone, but not crumbly and dry either). My little meal tided me over quite well — I left here feeling very satisfied, and sincerely wishing there was an Ollo Fresh closer to me. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve ever had from a food court.

Refreshingly new business in an otherwise bland and typical food-court. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting, offering generously portioned samples and explaining dishes to their new market with much patience. I chose to have a falafel wrap, which is provided with with surprisingly numerous customizable options. In addition to four large falafel balls, my wrap had lettuce, humus, tahini, broccoli, and couscous. The falafel was evenly cooked entirely through and maintained a great texture. Well seasoned as well(perfect amount of garlic and cilantro). The wrap was actually double wrapped with pita and surprisingly large; about a foot in length. An excellent spot for those seeking fresh and healthy food on the go while shopping. This location is a god-send for vegetarians and vegans such as myself who have had little to no options previously in this mall.
