Big fan of this place. Everything from the ambience of the food taste to the presentation. We are very happy with their meal the multiple times we’ve been.

Overall a great experience, would definitely return. Had a few cocktails that were all good. Had the fries olives, corn and crab fritters as appetizers and both were good. For an entrée I had the blended burger and it was very good. The fried egg on top was a nice touch. We also all shared a sundae and the carrot cake for dessert and they were both very good! Hard to say which dessert I liked more. The outside atmosphere looked awesome but it was a little warm to sit outside last night.

Long time Gardens resident, I have been to all of the local spots and this is an absolute Favorite. The food is phenomenal, great inside and outside seating, bars both inside and outside with great drinks and selection. Boston the bartender is the best, along with Kevin at the outside bar, such great attitude and makes the visit fun. Happy hour and brunch are both great experiences, particularly the Bloody Mary bar(bacon infused titos). Very picky with Key Lime pie, but after Boston insisted, I agreed to try and it was amazing, not too sweet, not too tart just right, possibly the best I’ve had. Occasional live music is also a nice touch. The Roasted chicken and burrata as a starter is my usual favorite.

If you have not had the pleasure of sitting at the bar and being entertained by the best bartender in Palm Beach, Boston, do it. You will forever be friends and he will never forget your name.

Four stars just cuz i wouldnt know a five star experience if it bit me. Come to this local gem for the fun, food and drinks. Best bartender hands down is Boston. He remembers your name, drink and what you ate the last time you visited. Good for a story or two as well. I don’t generally review people but I gotta say, a big reason I hang at the Cooper is the service we get and Boston is the best. Pours a mean ice tea!

From top to bottom. Incredible. Food, service, everything. Just awesome. Had the tuna tartar for an app… Holy cow is it good. Combo of tuna and guacamole. Who knew? Extremely good. Then, I had the 8oz filet. Melted in my mouth. Great atmosphere, great food, absolutely recommend.

I can’t speak for the restaurant as I didn’t eat here, but I’m reviewing the outdoor bar. My friend and I came here for drinks while I was visiting her down in Florida. Being from the Chicago area, these outdoor bars are hard to come by, they are not common so of course I was very impressed with the outdoor bar atmosphere here… and the palm trees lined with lights! Dave waited on us, and he was awesome… very friendly guy, great bartender! He even changed the MUSIC upon our request because we were looking for something a little more upbeat that night! If I am in the area again, I’d love to come back here… and if you’re reading this and IN the area, definitely check it out!!!

Came for Sunday brunch, and the restaurant was moderately full. The waiter was friendly and pleasant but clearly busy with table next to ours that had about 6 or 7 older ladies who needed a lot of attention(many things sent back, food not coming out together). It was 10 minutes before we could even order our coffee and put in for one of their Artisanal cheese boards to start. He let us know that the coffee was brewing and new pots would be ready shortly. Our coffee never came and eventually the waiter came and apologized that they had had some brewing but by the time he went to pour some it was gone again(both the regular and decaf). He offered to make us cappuccino’s instead since he has to make them himself but would only charge us for the coffee. The cheese board was good(Irish porter cheddar, fog goat, and beehive seahive cheeses) and was the only thing l’d get again. We ordered our food about 20 minutes after sitting down and 30 minutes later he came back to apologize to two of us because they had run out of their lemon ricotta pancake batter and would the French toast be ok instead. We agreed, but not five minutes later a table who sat after us and ordered after us were served their pancakes no problem. We also ordered the Vermont cheese and Applewood bacon omelette, which had spinach and herbs in it, a side of home fries and fruit. Though it’s listed as cheddar and bacon the omelette was mostly spinach(stuffed with it), and very little bacon or cheese. The home fries were just bland. Also ordered was a Cooper«Max» breakfast which was good but it’s bacon, sausage and eggs mostly. The latkes were also ok. The waiter did try and make our experience better but the food was just sub par. Since we spent two hours here(much of it waiting for our food and drinks), and as the price for sub par food was outrageous, I doubt I’ll be back.

Everything was excellent: the atmosphere, the service, the food! We tried the Spring Watermelon salad based on another Unilocal review. It was so delicious! We told the server that we were going to share it so that we could just get a taste and still enjoy our meals and she actually brought it to us on two separate plates. Throughout our dining experience, our server, Fatima, was very attentive and friendly. She was warm and inviting and very accommodating. Signature cocktails and tasty entrees rounded out our first time at The Cooper. We will certainly be back. You should try it, too!

What a cool spot, surprised I never tried it before. Now with that said… The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with a gorgeous patio seating area. It’s located on busy PGA Blvd but you don’t even notice the traffic while you’re eating outside. The food was fantastic. Wonderful rich flavors and quality ingredients. From farm to table fresh. My wife had the lamb chops which were perfectly cooked and I had the East Coast Seafood Cioppino. Delicious!!! We also shared the mussels appetizer, incredible taste and very tender. I honestly could’ve given a better rating but the service was pretty slow and lackadaisical, not bad service just not overly attentive… Maybe that’s their style. I will also say do yourself a favor and don’t show up here in shorts and a ratty t-shirt… It’s on the«nicer side» of PGA.

Farm to Table More like Sysco to table. Don’t think Sysco has a farm Think F-T is a ruse to get higher meal prices

The service was excellent. That made a birthday dinner really important. But the place is crowded with what looked like area snow birds or old crows from the condo crowd in Boca. Not particular nice people and lots of face lifts. That being said, it gets crowded and loud. Our table was in a corner and we couldn’t help but people watch and laugh at them. Couple outside arguing about a table with lady on a walker, woman working the bar wearing big sunglasses inside, you get the picture. My group ordered primarily hamburgers. It was good but I’ve had better when I order the mushroom burger at Duffy’s for a lot less money. A friend had Salmon which he said was terrific. Everything a la carte so bring $$$$. Here’s the itch. We brought two bottles of our favorite cab and the corkage was $ 25/bottle. That’s steep. So for the two bottles we brought it was $ 50. We expected to pay corkage but $ 15 tops is customary. I’m glad we decided to leave the birthday cake at home to have later with some Veuve Cliequot. Otherwise there’s no telling what the plating charge would have been. There’s too many really good restaurants to settle for one that’s just ok and pricey. But we’ll probably give them another try. More to come…

This place is hopping. The place is usually busy. A good sign. The crowd is upscale in their 30−60s. The dress is casual. Their Moscow Mule was excellent as well as their signature mixed drinks, with their variety of beers & wines. Try the Walking Dead. Wow Their specialty of the nite was corn beef & cabbage. Just the right amount of allspice. Since it’s St Paddys Day I thought in keeping with the festivities.

Make reservations at least a week ahead. Service and food stood out to me . The grilled island salmon was delicious and was plated creatively with quinoa and eggplant. Definitely recommend.

Ambiance/décor-4 Service-4 Food-3 Strikeouts-0/3 Copper’s décor was very modern and has a large outdoor patio. We had the opportunity to sit down at lunch inside since it was a tad cold outside. The service was quick, polite, and surprisingly a very relaxed atmosphere. We ordered crab cakes, big eye tuna and the coffee smeared steak. The crab cakes were pretty dense with crab, but I didn’t get the actual flavour of crab in them. The big eye tuna was slightly seared with a very refreshing soba green tea noodle salad mix under. The steak was spread over a layer of spinach, and mushrooms making the dish very filling. However nothing really sparkled out of all the dishes. We had the Mango key lime pie, and it was definitely better at spoto’s oyster bar. For lunch, it’s expensive for what you get. Definitely has a unique flair to the dishes tho. Not your typical Italian restaurant. Hints of Japanese and Asian influences.

Made RSVP for 7pm tonight, walked in a little early and the place was not too busy but not empty. Decided to start off at the bar with a drink, since we were waiting on 2 other people. Our bartender suggested I try The Name Dropper Cocktail(I think that’s what it’s called) it’s a gin based drink with lime, and grapefruit juice, It was very refreshing, not too sweet either. We finally sat down at one of the oversized booths, our server was Carmen, she was outstanding ! She made App recommendations and we tried the Chorizo & manchego stuffed Marjool dates. Then she suggested entrees and we loved everything we ordered. My fiancé had the Chicken Paillard(half roasted chicken super moist and flavorful) I had the Salmon with Salsa Verde, OMG I thought it was just ok at first then every bite just got Better! The black quinoa was perfect and the salsa was on point and had just a hint of a kick at the end of every bite. My friends ordered the Cooper salad, and the Swordfish, they mentioned how it was the best swordfish they’ve ever had! Now to my fave part of the meal, when she handed us the dessert menu, I asked was there anyway that anyone could make a bad choice?!? We went with the Icebox Mocha cake. It was rich but not overpowering and it had layers of coffee ice cream. This place is great I’m so glad we gave this place a chance!

This restaurant is «Max» incognito. Those from the Hartford Connecticut will know the reference as the owner also owns the Max mini-chain in Hartford that is known for superior food and excellent service. What the Cooper does even better is that it has the ambiance. Outdoor dining at its best with a great outdoor bar. We loved sitting outside in the evening under the umbrellas enjoying the temp, the music, the food, and the company. But the food is great as well. The fried olives are addicting for an appetizer but the falafel is surprisingly good too. The dates weren’t as big of a hit but maybe it was the crowd. I enjoyed them. Then the salads. I love the Max Chopped Salad up north and I like the fresh update down here too. Lots of veggies and a great way to start a meal. They were out of a hogfish special, but I had the snapper which was delicious. It was a fresh tasting dish with a mix of citrus, beans, and potatoes. Definitely not getting this dish up north. We skipped the desserts, but everyone was full from a great meal. Everyone agreed it was the best place we’ve eaten down there in the 4 years of trips down to nearby PGA National. Big big BIG thumbs up.
