Worst customer service anywhere! The manager was too busy cooking to come clean the mess where the employee dropped food all over us…(not even our food) When I asked the manager to come out from behind the counter she said she was busy. I told her to drop what she was doing and come out. She screamed at me to get out of the restaurant !!! That’s when I made a video of her! Then on camera she changed her tune. I left before getting my $ 18 for bagels back. I will only accept a refund from the owner, as it is not about the money but simple respect! The manager should not behave like this. Plus we now need our clothes cleaned. I gave the manager a chance to fix the issue at the time and she declined. Now it is the owners chance to change management…

I love their bagels and food but the service is extremely slow. It took a good 15 minutes after placing and paying for my order to be told they didn’t have the bagel I wanted. I asked for another and still waited 10 more min. Unfortunately it’s not the best for a quick breakfast on the go.

Stopped by here and several occasions for breakfast. Loved there veggie spread along with there coffee cubed ice. The priced is pretty good along side a group of friendly staff. This makes an enjoyable experience. I will compliment them further on being able to make the lines move petty quickly

I’ve only been here once when I was in town visiting family, but I have to say that I enjoyed my visit! There are a few things in particular that are unique to this place that I like. First, they have the flagel; this is a flat bagel that makes eating it like a sandwich much easier than a regular bagel. Secondly, the bagel tasted good and had a good texture. Third, they do not skimp on the cream cheese(which for some, you may NOT like, but I love cream cheese). Fourth, the cream cheese is tasty and they have different flavors. I know the coffee is super famous because of the genius coffee ice cubes, and I will admit that is a smart idea. But if you are not a regular coffee drinker, which I am not, this place is a little tough to navigate. They essentially hand you a cup and you have to make your own coffee concoction. And maybe I am REALLY green when it comes to coffee, but I was clueless. Nothing was labeled. I also had no idea how much sugar and flavoring needed to go into the coffee to make it taste somewhat like a caramel latte that would be made for me at a coffee place. So I’m standing there adding some, then tasting it, then adding some more. I’ll be honest, I never got it to where I wanted, because I could feel angry breathing behind me, and I was being pushed away from the counter. I am also pretty sure the syrup was watered down, I don’t think it should take 15 pumps to taste a little sweet. Overall, I enjoyed the bagels, but I will stick to having someone else make my coffee(for the few times I am drinking it).

most over rated and over priced bagels around. they pay their employees like shit and charge $ 10 for a bagel with 4 slices of roast beef. on top of that, there prices are so ridiculous they can’t even post on their website, or nobody would ever eat there!

Ice cubes made out of coffee! What’s not to love? Friendly and informative staff. Bagels had a little too much cream cheese but better to have too much than too little.

I love Brooklyn Water Bagel! The highlight of this place for me, is the fact that their iced coffee is served with COFFEE ice cubes! When the ice cubes melt, the coffee remains strong and not diluted! *Swoons* Of course, regular hot coffee is an option too– and there are a few different brews to try. This place also has delicious bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and muffins. I usually enjoy a «Flagel» which is a flattened bagel with the extra bread scooped out… it’s a semi-healthier option being that there is less carbs. BWB also offers low-fat cream cheeses that you can order on your bagel, and even purchase(they serve/sell regular too). I have also had their Lox sandwich which is delightful! On this particular visit, I was impressed with the fast and friendly service! BWB is all over south Florida. If you’re near one for breakfast, it’s a nice switch from Dunkin/Starbucks/Panera! You won’t be disappointed.

Good food, slower than expected service with 10 employees and 6 customers. How do they handle Monday morning rush? Just asking and waiting. Happy thanksgiving.

My husband and I went to get breakfast on a Thursday am, 10:00 am. Took them 25 minutes to make our order! We asked for egg whites on a bagel and tomato. They messed up the order, used regular eggs, tomato was missing. After addressing issue, the customer service was less than courteous. Finally after just asking for my money back — they could not figure out the math?! After about being in there for 30 minutes totally — we left with a full refund and no food.

*Update — they brought in a guy named Josh from another store, and it had a huge impact. His first order of business was apparently requiring all employees to chug a six-pack of Red Bull at the start of their shift(he prob downs twice that). The guy looks you in the eye, SHAKESYOURHANDIN A BAGELSTORE, and asks how everything is. He’ll probably be running the company in six months. Major difference in service gets it bumped up by two stars. Well done by all.

Their bagels are by far the best you will find down here, but unfortunately their egg sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. The eggs are cooked in a microwave until they reach the exact temperature of boiling lava. So hot that it is hard to even handle your sandwich when you first get it. When you bite into it, blistering, boiling, lava-hot Brooklyn water is expelled from the spongy mass of egg. It destroys your mouth, maims your tastebuds, and drowns the paper plate your breakfast is served on. If you are patient enough to wait 15 minutes to eat after you are served, you might survive. You’re patience will be rewarded with a pretty good breakfast, and the satisfaction of knowing you avoided a trip to the emergency room. With that being said. I am in my way there right now. Its still the best down here, just don’t try comparing it to Brooklyn or even Jersey. If they tried to sell microwaved eggs in the aforementioned bagel holy land of the U.S. they just wouldn’t survive.

Coffee here is great especially with the coffee ice cubes and the sandwichs and bagels are good. Only problem is the price.

The bagels here are pretty good and the chocolate chip muffin heated is awesome. The whitefish and tuna are average which is disappointing, but overall the food is pretty good. Great iced coffee selections.

Don’t believe the hype. This place is so slow, so unorganized, takes forever and the«brooklyn» branding is a huge gimmick. It took them 25 minutes to toast a bagel with jelly and then forgot the jelly. I live in brooklyn, and these bagels are nothing like it. Don’t bother with this spot.

Great bagels, very slow to-go service. Took 15 minutes for toasted bagel with cream cheese. Only one«cook» in kitchen most of the time.

I had an open afternoon and decided to give Brooklyn Water Bagel’s menu a shot. I ordered a Brooklyn sandwich… egg, bacon, sausage, ham, and American cheese on an everything bagel. It took 10 minutes from the time I ordered it until delivery. The sandwich looked like a mess, but most breakfast sandwiches do. The bagel was delish. Nice and salty the way a good everything bagel should be. Still, i think I’ve decided that bagels are not the best delivery system for a sandwich like this. It tasted great, don’t get me wrong, but with every bite the sandwich innards would squoosh out making it actually quite hard to eat as a sandwich. I wound up using a fork at the end to finish up all the stuff that fell out. A good experience. I will certainly be back, but maybe I will just stick with cream cheese.

Bagels just like from up north. Wide selection of other things besides just bagels as well. Atmosphere is nice and clean, nice coffee station too. Have different flavoring a for your coffe and a few different types of coffee too. Bagels are very good and so is the service. If you order, you can sit down and they will bring your food to you. Best bagel in the area.
