I had my Breitling serviced a few months ago, as well as a battery replacement recently and had such a great experience! Carol and Ada were most helpful, friendly, and had my watch repaired in minimal time. I look forward to working with them again, hopefully next time for a purchase!

We took my wife’s Rado watch in for repair when the bracelet broke. It is a watch she did not wear daily and was like new. We had purchased it in St. Thomas about 18 months prior. The repair cost about $ 65.00 as I recall. We paid.(they would not accept a personal check — insisted on cash or a credit card — -I am a 73 year old retired lawyer and a 35 year resident of the community) Six months later the band broke again. We returned to the store with the watch and the receipt. The clerk said the would send it to «the factory» and it would take a few weeks.(first repair took about 10 days). They contacted us and said the watch needed repair, a new crystal, a cleaning and some other work and would cost over $ 300. The watch worked fine when we brought it in — only the band was broken. They would not fix the band without the other work. We declined and took the watch home. We had the band fixed elsewhere and the watch itself still works fine. We will never step foot in that store again and will be telling our story to all our friends.

Went to pick up my watch today, which needed a new battery, and apparently they had dropped it and cracked the crystal! I was livid! Their idea of «making it right» is to send it off for 6 weeks or longer to have the crystal replaced. They offered to get me a new band for my watch, and no charge for the battery. Are you kidding me!!! They dropped my watch and should be replacing the entire thing! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and will never give them my business again. They offered to give me $ 250 towards a trade in of $ 1,000 watch. Still ridiculous! So with this same concept, if I drop a sandwich, but then put new bread on it, it should be okay? Noo!!! Not okay!!! They should have replaced my watch on their dime… the entire thing! I will be telling everyone about this lack of customer service that I am supposedly paying more money for. I am completely devastated and disappointed that a business thinks this is acceptable behavior.

I bought my Breitling here a year ago and returned recently to have it maintained. Saul and Anjelika took excellent care of us and my watch within an hour! It looks brand new! It’s like buying the watch all over again. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this Torneau location to anyone who is in the market for a new watch. Buy here, you won’t be disappointed.

A few weeks ago I brought a watch into Torneau in Palm Beach Gardens because the band had broken. I had bought the watch at another store who had told me that they could not fix it without sending it out and it would take weeks. The person who owned the watch was leaving town and could not wait. I figured she would just leave town without her watch. Then I walked into Torneau. An assistant named STEPHENWARD immediately took action. He was patient and professional as he looked at the watch. He gave it to the repair person and a FEWMINUTESLATER I had a fixed perfectly like new watch! It was extremely impressive. NOCHARGE! Wow. I will definitely return to Torneau and to Mr. Ward for all of my watch needs. Thank you.

Dealt with Benjamin to aquire a nice Hamilton watch for my wife. Tourneau should be proud to have an employee that is so professional and attentive. It is few and far between that one encounters an employee so dedicated to customer service, it was so refreshing. My hats off to him.

Had a great experience. Dealt with a salesman named Benjamin Wetter. Bought a Breitling Galactic 36. He was so knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to inform me about the watch. Wow!!! So impressed!!! Wish I could duplicate him. Head there and ask for Ben. You will be glad you did.
